We only stayed here for the one night, after previously visiting Barcelona and Benicassim music festival, we chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to the airport, which was no more than 10 minutes and €20 in a taxi. It is also worth mentioning that Reus is not, in fact, the edge of the world as it would so appear when you arrive at the airport - mainly due to the lack of a shop and lackadaisical public transport system - but when you have the opportunity to explore the city yourself, you will discover that there is a lot more going on than meets the eye, I recommend taking yourself for a wander through the city centre (5/10 mins walking from the hotel) and you will stumble across a plethora of restaurants, department stores and shops hidden next to traditional churches and Gaudi's architecture.
The rooms were very spacious, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, in my opinion it was a very high 3 star hotel and pushing the boundaries for it's 4th star.
The only thing I have to complain about was how unhelpful some of the members of staff were: I told the receptionist that we would like a taxi to the airport for the following day and asked him if he could order one for us. He said yes, he would but give him 5 minutes because he was busy. So we took a seat in the lobby, directly across from him and sat there for at least 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from him as he sat looking into his computer screen, which I found to be very bad customer service.
