Decent hotel in a great location
Great hotel, very clean and a decent location for exploring the key areas of Salou. My partner is vegetarian and found the food to be very repetitive for her each day. It also wasn't well labeled to say if vegetarian or not but didn't seem to be worth the risk as even traditional vegetarian meals seemed to have meat mixed in. Staff were OK. Answered questions if asked etc but I wouldn't say they were over polite or very forthcoming to help. Overall a very nice hotel and would recommend it to others.

Lovely hotel & ideal location. Very close to multiple beaches and lots of places to walk to. Staff friendly, food good (I’m a fussy eater and found something every meal time), maids cleaned daily, entertainment okay the Monday and Tuesday but the quiz & live band were very good Wednesday and Thursday! One thing we realised was we didn’t have to get up early as people don’t go down to the sun beds til about 10 am, there’s always sun beds too! And people stay by the pool til about half 6,7! The first night we got ready early to realise entertainment didn’t start until 10 so just a heads up! Great hotel, would return :)

The service was very good. Staff worked hard to make sure you were getting everything you need. The kitchen workers and David at bar service worked very hard and was very friendly. Everyone worked hard at the hotel. The food was good but the meat they served was always tough hard to eat. The rooms need new furniture. I would go back and stay again.

Lovely hotel very friendly staff, nice and clean, the food was very good and the pool area was lovely, my only criticism is that the bathroom towels were grey and and need replacing asap. Otherwise it was fabulous

In general this is not a bad hotel, but rooms are not cleaned properly, towels are grey and old. Food was not great, mostly very salty and not tasty.

Hotel is in walking distance from the beach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and renovated. The food choices with all incisive was pretty decent too. There are a lot or restaurants and shops nearby. BusPlana place is around the corner (we went to Barcelona with them during our stay) or bus station (you can go to Tarragona on your own, it’s only 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend to visit the old town there). The only complaint is the noise from the music/entertainment outside till midnight or later (doesn’t matter if you are on pool side or not because you will hear music from other hotels).

Brilliant Hotel
Really lovely hotel. Was clean and fresh looking and pool area was nice. Coastal path is a short walk away and loads of bars and restaurants all around the hotel. Portaventura a 5 min drive or 30 min walk. Had a great long weekend.

La animación excelente, las camas cómodas y la habitación muy bien aislada pq mantenía muy bien el frescor del aire acondicionado. La comida normal pero tendrían que mejorar la limpieza de los platos.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti, l’hotel nell’insieme è gradevole dalla cortesia del personale alla pulizia della struttura. Il cibo ha una buona selezione di alimenti e ogni sera varia con anche pietanze a tema. Mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

Struttura con servizi internazionali. Camere pulite e nuove. Cucina di ogni genere, talmente tanta varietà che non puoi non trovare qualcosa di tuo gradimento. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Unica pecca nessuno parla in italiano. Ed Evitate il caffè. Cmq tutto perfetto è stata una vacanza meravigliosa

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena la habitacion amplia limpia y las camas muy comodas el baño aceptable,el Bufet muy variado y la gente agradable,la piscina no puedo opinar el jacuzzi siempre los mismos ,esta a cinco minutos del centro, de compras, de terrazas ,en general volveria encantada otra vez

Добрый день! Меня зовут Татьяна. Отдыхали с семьей второй раз в данном отеле. Отель неплохой. Но хотелось бы кое-что улучшить. Качество уборки номера на удовлетворительном уровне. Полотенца давно требуют замены. Питание на завтрак очень низкого качества. Ужины вкусные, блюда и продукты качественные. Месторасположение отеля очень удобное.
