Big issue with Parking. It says available, but only limited spaces. I was forced to park 1 mile away on street parking, as many other guests.

Disgusting property with hair in the shower, dirty & worn out towels, bedsheets with holes. the 1st allotted room was stinking so bad. in the 2nd room the washroom was disgusting, didnt even dare to enter. there was hair in towel. bedsheets were stinking. coudnt change the hotel because reached around midnight. It was the worst experience which ruined my travel experience. I am so surprised how is the hotel still running!

Pool was overlooking the sea. Fantastic view. Food was better than ok but not fantastic. However, its was the best value for money for families such as ours half board. Would definitely consider all inclusive next time !

Salou Negresco
Hotel was in great location and views fantastic over bay. Staff very helpful and friendly but Im afraid the food let this hotel down. There was a good selection but it wasn't warm enough on a few occasions.

Nice hotel but electrics need upgrades
Hotel was nice and clean with good food and service. Downside was electrical issues with our room lights tripping several times during our stay, requiring an electrician to reset each time. Other guests complained about the same issues.

The location is great, very close to the sea with a pool that overlooks the sea. Better for people looking for a more relaxing stay as it is a couple of kilometers from downtown Salou.

A little gem!
This hotel is awesome place for those looking to have comfort, seafront hotel and silents. If you need more quite neighborhood than Salou, it is your place. But it is not too far away from Salou anyway. You can take a taxi, ride a bus, or walk for 20-30 minutes(of course, depends where are you going). They have a bus stop around the corner, which is a big plus. From this bus stop you can get almost anywhere (to Salou, Cambrills, Tarragona,etc) You even can get to Barcelona airport for 16,90 euros on the bus (price is for 1 person, one-way). Moreover, many people will appreciate BUSPLANA office ticket next door where you can buy all kind of excursions, airport transfers (by bus), T-10 prepaid bus card, which will save you lots of money (it will cost only 1,20 euros per person per trip vs. full price, which is almost double, or even more: like trip to Tarragona is 3 euros if you will pay to a bus driver. And you do not need a card for each person. With only 1 card you can pay for each person who travels with you. I highly recommend this card if you are planning on using a bus couple of times) Big heads up for drinks during dinner/supper time. They DO NOT offer any kind of drinks, NOT EVEN WATER! Everything is for purchase only! However, surprisingly enough at breakfast they offer variety of champagne for free! And they do offer free water, tea, coffee. They have 2 buildings. Some rooms will have a sea view. They advertise that for 12 euros you can upgrade for a seaview.

The hotel is newly refurbished so looks lovely but that's where it ends . I honestly can eat anything but this even beat me . The food is shocking , cold and at best warm , there will be a death if something is not done about the way the show cooking is done, and this is no joke,in the 7 days we were there. The cook would handle cooked chicken and raw chicken with the same fork, cook raw chicken with cooked burgers , everyone was complaining but nothing done look on there Facebook page fore photo evidence . Please don't judge this hotel from the past as it truly has changed for the worst . Really big shame they,be made this hotel lovely only to poison its guest

The hotel has just been refurbished so all very clean , bar staff good as is the drinks which are branded, the food is bad , cold to warm , they cook meat, burgers ,fish in front of you BEWARE cooked chicken next to raw chicken, same forks picking up raw chicken ants cooked , burgers raw inside , majority of guests complaining but no one gives a dam , people who have been here 5 times before cant believe the change , would not stay again

A Very Tired Hotel.
Hotel close to the beach. Hotel needs a lot of repairs. Including pool were under water grids missing. No drawers to put your holiday clothing, wardrobes didn't open. Doors like they were wet and dried cracked , light shades ripped, hardly any good entertainment. Mostly French an Spanish, food always cold an had to reheat in a microwave. Some staff were very nice and helpful. We asked for 3 room changes all were unexcetable. The list is endless what this hotel needs.

Hotel close to the beach. Nice quiet location. Not 4 star hotel. Old and need renovation. Food only ok. Staff as always in hotels , some nice some do not care. I expect more of these hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel, perfect location & very clean, only fault was no tea making facilities in the room, have to be hired at €3 per day & €20 deposit, this should be standard having a kettle & cups in rooms.

Booked all inclusive. When arrived not ALL inclusive of drinks. Only if i stay 4 days . Very embarrising being taken to reception by bar manager. Bed had no bottom sheet on bed. No room in bathroom to sit comfortable on toilet. Needs to be updated.

Nice hotel, good value for moeny
The hotel is located in Cap Salou next to a beautiful beach and a lovely wood area. It is around 40 m. from Salou city centre but there are frequent buses taken you to the town and also there is a nice seaside path around the coast which connects the hotel with Salou's promenade. Room is very comfortable and spacious, mine was with seaside view which is a bonus and highly recommended. Room and common areas are well kept and clean. Staff and friendly and helpful. Wifi was very slow on the second floor and the connection is not good enough but it is free. There was a quite varied diet in the buffet for breakfast and dinner but quality of the food could be improved. Service is quick and the dinning area is quite big. Swimming pool area is lovely and clean. Unfortunately the Spa is not free but not too expensive 5 euros per person.

Girlie holiday
the hotel itself is pleasant but could do with a bit of a face lift in certain areas. Being on the coast it was quite windy around the pool and we had several instances with the sum umbrellas being blown around quite dangerously. These definitely need sorting out. Not sure why some reviews say the staff are miserable we found them very helpful and happy and had quite a laugh with the bar staff in particular.

Good hotel near excellent beaches
An acceptable hotel. Two pools, with lovely views. Food ok. Beaches nearby excellent for kids, shallow crystal clear waters and rocks pools, search all the coves for your favourite beach. An half an hour walk to Salou, the nearest busy touristy shopping centre. Lots to do here. Near the hotel is just one small shop and not much else. But it is peaceful away from busy Salou.

Great hotel and facilities only thing I would say is there's not much vegetarian options at the dinner buffet. The onsite pool is a good size and great for kids and the beach is walking distance.

Negresco Salou
Hotel stuff was working hard to make it a pleasant stay. The room was rather small and walls did not provide sufficient sound isolation. (If you are not lucky, you can get neighbours who play loud annoying music. You can even hear neighbours snoring - it's that ridiculous). Hotel can get pretty crowded even off-season, so there is little chance getting another room when you ask. Hotel stuff is very courteous and nice; food is great; location is superb, so overall it was a good experience.

Quiet location near to beaches
Good service and the quality of the food was excellent with good variety and choice of dishes to suit everyone. The hotel has a friendly family feel about it. The room was spacious with quality, controlled and quiet air conditioning system.

Dès l’arrivée nous sommes éblouis par le hall d’entrée qui donne une vue splendide sur la mer. L’hôtel est propre et très bien entretenu Nous avons été accueilli avec de grands sourire et le service a été à la hauteur pendant tout notre séjour . La nourriture servie au restaurant ( buffet ) est très variée et correcte . L’hôtel organise des dîners à thème tous les soirs avec la possibilité de manger au bord de la piscine En plus d’une piscine pour les grands et une autre pour les petits, il y a une multitude d’activités qui sont proposées pour les enfants et ce sur toute la journée et la soirée (club de jeux avec animateurs, salle de jeux….) Les spectacles de la soirée sont magnifiques ainsi que ceux en bord de piscine l’après midi Le personnel aux bars de l’hôtel est très aimable et serviable et toujours avec le sourire Nous avons réservé une chambre «  vue mer » et nous n’avons pas été déçus.La vue est sublime , à couper le souffle ! L’isolation sonore, la literie et le ménage sont très correctes . Plusieurs plages sont accessibles à pieds non loin de l’hôtel avec un chemin accolé à l’établissement Je garde avec ma famille un merveilleux souvenir de vacances dans cet établissement et ce qui est sûr c’est que nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour agréable mais, il aurait pu être parfait si: La piscine était plus grande car trop de monde au même temps. L’Animation existait car elle fut de qualité médiocre. Les surveillants de piscine étaient compétents.

Nourriture pas terrible hormi le petit déjeuner. Pas de reassort des plats, faut attendre presque 15mn et ce n'est pas le plat annoncé. Dessert: gateaux sans goûts, pas beaucoup de diversité. Salade de fruits en boîte, pas de frais. Fruits frais pas mûrs . Nettoyage : cela dépend de la femme de ménage .
