It was a great hotel. We loved the buffet breakfast and dinner. Couldn’t fault anything. The location was excellent- within walking distance of the town and also the bus station.

Really nice hotel with great facilities and food
Hotel has very good facilities, adult only pool and bar, family pool area and daily activities. There was nightly entertainment and a comfortable lounge bar. The rooms were an ok size with wifi, tv & tea/coffee facilities. The free toiletries were lovely. We only ate breakfast but there was plenty of choice and enjoyed it all

We have stayed in this hotel a few times in the last 20 years, it’s has been a while and they have really listened to customer feedback as the roof top pool is amazing 😎 getting away from kids! The only problem I had with our stay was the unnecessary shouting the cleaners did first thing in the morning… not nice to wake up too … apart from that perfect 👍

What a great find this hotel was. Once you travel north from Lorret de Mar the scenery changes and you arrive in Tossa de Mar - a delightful and typical Spanish resort full of Costa Brava style and atmosphere. The hotel is 10 minutes or so comfortably back from the seafront and easily accessible as you enter Tossa by road. Greeted by a 7 storey atrium, helpful and friendly staff everywhere, good choice of food for breakfast and evening meals, lovely quality furnishings throughout the hotel from sunbeds to rooftop loungers. More or less level walks past numerous cafes and bars to the shops and seafront. Check out any old photos you can find of Tossa - fascinating. The lights over the bathroom mirror give off enough heat to get a tan and need to be more eco-friendly. The outside balcony lights are left on far too late in to early hours and must cost a fortune. This is the best hotel we have stayed in a long while and will definitely be booking to come back - not once but maybe twice next year.

Lovely, clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff. Lots of space. Good pools. The roof terrace was an added bonus. The views from it are amazing.

Nice hotel with excellent facilities. To be honest it was a bit noisy for us but would be ideal if you have a young family. Whilst we went AI it was hit and miss....the restaurant was excellent, the bar service less so. All in all we're glad we went, Tossa is a lovely place and we will definitely return, probably though to a different hotel.

What an amazing hotel. Very child friendly. The shows daily were incredible for both adults and children. We highly recommend this hotel. Lots of facilities and lots to explore around. The food was very good with lots of options. We cannot wait to go back!!!

The property is nice with lots of amenities. Pools need to be cleaned frequently considering the traffic at the resort, it’s also open to the public. The beds are too small and the rooms need and upgrade.

When we checked in we found room floor very dusty under the bed and there were hair in the bathroom floor and mold around shower door. Front desk was informed regarding cleanliness and issue was corrected. Staff was pleasant! Food was good. Good job with the rooftop.

The hotel totally exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed being able to use the 18+ area but also found it easy to get a sunbed by the big pools and never found it to be over whelmingly busy. We went half board and enjoyed the food, we found the drink very reasonably priced. Great location and great service too.

3 star hotel
No iron in room - had a 10 day stay so it was badly needed. Creased clothes. An Iron was in a laundry room attached to a key for €1 for 10 mins. How could you being items of clothing in your hands to go down to a laundry room and try and iron items in 10 mins and carry them in your hands back up to your room. Why no iron and ironing board??? No shampoo/shower gels, just two small hard soap. Shower gel etc was delivered to room after a stock email came asking how the check in was. Air con very poor. Room too hot. Noisy room above am entertainment hall. 10 nights of it sleeping till it stopped beneath us. Basics not in room. Hard small beds, one pillow. Rooms let this hotel down. Cutting costs but I won’t return for this. €270 per night for 3 star experience. The staff keep this hotel together not the owners cutting costs.

Stunning hotel and the staff go above and beyond for you. The entertainment staff were the best we’ve come across. Lots of kids & adult games throughout the day around the pools. The only issue we had was that the food was not labelled at all so it limited our choice due to severe nut allergies. The pool is quite busy due to it being a family hotel but there is a lovely quiet adults only area on the roof. I will say that the pool temperature is amazing - you can get straight in as it’s not freezing like most hotel pools. The evening entertainment was great, lots of different acts all happening at the same time in different areas of the hotel. Tossa de Mar was beautiful and well worth a trip into town (10 minutes walk) or fun little train that stops outside the hotel (again worth a go as you see more of Tossa) the castle has stunning views overlooking the sea. We loved it so much, we are returning in 5 weeks!

We had a really nice stay in this hotel. The food is truly amazing. We stayed one week and the menu was not repeated once. We had the all inclusive and it was worth it. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They also work very hard and they are always smiling. Loads of swimming pools for children.

This property is an absolute gem !!!! The staff was so polite, helpful, and accommodating. They were complete professionals from beginning to end. This includes the staff at the front desk, the cleaning staff, the chefs, and the severs. The property was extremely clean. This includes the lobby to the restaurant to the pool to the rooms. Smoking is not permitted on this property. The location is important as well. It is on the outskirts of the beach area. It is still walking distance but you have the luxury of returning to a quiet neighborhood. I am surprised that this hotel is not rated higher than it is seen on the websites.

Amazingly large and multiple pools in a smaller town. Our family aren't big beach fans, so we like a good pool hotel. This was perfect as we got our pool and it was walking distance to the beach and main town area. The breakfast was amazing. I wish we could've stayed longer! Only downside was there wasn't food by the pool. I guess they closed it since covid.

Lovely stay. Nice modern hotel. Good breakfast. Very clean. Beds in room were doubles not bigger. Rooms very hot and aircon not turned on till June, heat only till then. We had to sleep with patio door open. Parking was difficult at times. Some lovely restaurants within a 5 min walk and the town and beachfront is pretty.

Breakfast was great, but their gym is like a joke: Not only it has very few equipment, but also unlike any other hotel I have stayed in, it has a limited operating hours. Overall, the hotel is not too bad, but too expensive for what it offers.

Very good hotel with friendly staff. Stayed bed and breakfast and the selection and quality of food at breakfast was excellent. Decor in some areas looking a little tired but room was fine and well equipped. Pool area is nice and there were always plenty of sun beds available. Small sports pitch for volleyball, football, basketball etc with a good programme of organised activities. Hotel is 10 minute walk from old town and beach which are both really pretty although beach is uncomfortable shingle rather than sand. Arranged to go to Flamenco Show at the Gran Casino in Lloret de Mar through hotel's customer services - brilliant show and great value for money (free drinks all night and transfers included for 36 Euros each) - highly recommended

We were 4 women there for a week. What I noticed was that there were a lot of children. The rules were not being enforced regarding the pool area and beds. Two many kids jumping in and two many blow up beds and swans etc. Great place for kids. Entertainment and kids club was really good. Food was great. If I was going again I would avoid peek time. I really liked the location and Hotel.

Hotel is far from the beach and touristic locations. Its almost 15mins walk to the market. The hotel pool is not temperate controlled so don't expect the water to be warm unless you step into the jacuzzi. Locker service in the room is charged which I think is quite ridiculous. Hotel staff is average friendly. No one will help to take your bags into the lobby area when you checkin. I came in with bags and a baby pram and despite the no. of items no one came to help. Very Very Poor check in service.

Four star for families with young children
Tossa is a lovely resort and we were drawn to the Golden Bahia as it was one of the highest rated on Expedia and trip advisor. My wife thought the hotel met expectations but I didn’t. Firstly the hotel was rammed ( though to be expected the first week of August I suppose), but this meant that the pools were ridiculously overcrowded, sun beds full and mealtimes just bedlam. My wife enjoyed the food as there was a lot of seafood options; but myself and my son found it samey and the meat was often of v poor quality. Breakfasts were better and the chef who made omelettes, pancakes and fried eggs was a machine. Rooms are v clean and nice, though a little dated. We found some of the reception staff helpful (especially the concierge and the Irish gentleman), though some were stern to point of rudeness. This hotel is great if you have young children and like Butlins style evening entertainment, but if you don’t and have more sophisticated tastes then best avoided. Having always stayed at a minimum 4 star resorts this just didn’t feel like one, though the list of facilities is impressive.

What a gem of a hotel away from all the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to beach and shops. Staff excellent and food very good ( we were halfboard) buffet style with lots to choose from. Lots of activities for both adults and children. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in the for 4 days my son liked it lot lots of swimming pools but the weather was very cold during our stay we only used the indoor pool. The food was excellent there was always something to eat at dinner lots of choices. The breakfast was same every day but freshly cooked breads were lovely. The rooms are ok a litter bit small and dated the beds are not comfortable and so much noise you can hear next door using their toilet. Very clean maintained room with a kettle and tea coffee making facilities. It is a beautiful town with small nostalgic streets the hotel is only 10 minutes walk to sea. Mountains covered with mist awsome view. The entertainment was good we had bingo and quiz night we enjoyed it a lot. I would go back again. The down side was the spa I had a free entry but people in the Jacuzzi chatted loudly only 5 person can get inside the jacuzzi it is small so you have to wait maybe hours to have your turn it wasn't relaxing experience. The staff were very helpful. On my way back home my flight was cancelled by vueling .......avoid vueling......

Nice Hotel with plenty going on...
Stayed here for 10 nights in early August. Firstly I would recommend you fly to Gerona as Barcelona is a bit of a transfer as we found out. Hotel big with plenty of day time activities around the pool if you like that kind of thing, if you don't the animation team leave you alone unlike other hotels. Stayed breakfast only which was ok, the dining room is very spacious with no problem getting seated and plenty of choice with good selection on english and continental breakfast, only criticism the machine coffee not great and the pre made jugged coffee awful. Rooms ok size with good bathrooms but beds a bit firm if you like your softer bed. Tossa town approx 10 minute walk to lanes filled with small shops/boutiques and restaurants, the beach approx 15 minutes away. We spent an afternoon on the smallest of the three beaches in Tossa probably one of the most beautiful coves I've seen out of the UK. This town is quiet and picturesque and not for the party peeps. On the whole a really nice break and a good time was had by myself and the family.
