The hotel is very much a 'party' hotel for teens and early twenties, which is obviously great if you are in that market but isn't totally clear on the Hotels.com listing - so please be aware before booking...!

Liked the theming
Staff on reception where very friendly and always said hello. Maria was great at checking us in and ensuring we knew what we needed to. The rooms where ok and bathrooms where the nicest part. As a couple coming for respite we were kept awake most nights by our neighbours as rooms are obviously very echoey, i would say typical of european countries as someone who usually goes further a field. Breakfast was fine however one of the young male waiters was rather rude when my partner asked about butter, he scuttled off to his colleague not realising i was with my partner and started mimicking butter as though my partner was crazy. We didnt spend much time at the hotel and never used the pool facilities, from what i could see it doesnt look like you would get much sun and there really wasnt than many sunbeds. Overall the stay was adequate.

Great little friendly hotel
I really liked my stay at the BPM Lloret hotel with my family. The hotel itself is recently refurbished and is clean. The rooms are quite interesting in their design, with the specific colours, and it makes quite a striking impression, especially from the outside. They do their best to ensure that everyone is well looked after at the hotel, and the common areas are nice. I liked the design of the lobby area, the pool bar, and especially the roof terrace which is only open on an evening. All the staff at the hotel were great. In particular, the guy on the entertainment, and the waiter at the rooftop bar. They made a particular effort to ensure that everyone had a great time. Regarding the food and restaurant. I would say that the food was very good in general. There were always plenty of options at breakfast, and although it was the same most days, there was always plenty of choice so you didn't have to have the same things. We paid extra for half board and I must say that it was brilliant. Always plenty of food available, and the themed nights were great, especially the Mexican night. Drinks were not included in this but you could order wine and other drinks to the table at a very reasonable price. If I had one criticism of the restaurant it would be that it was set out for a maximum of 4 people per table. One final minor criticism would be the lack of bathroom doors on the family rooms. This might be fine for couples sharing, but made it more difficult as a family

My partner and I had a fantastic stay here. It would have gotten perfect had it not been for the noise from a hotel/bar across the street - which indirectly is not Alegria's fault. The food was as good as all the reviews that I had read. We are 'foodies' so this was important for us...and they did not disappoint us. The variety, taste and classy way in which the food was displayed was great. They are a notch above 4 star. Great location too...15 minute walk to the main bus station - bus to barcelona and bus to the airport here. 5 minute walk to the beach....slightly away from the chaos of it (a good thing). A dj the saturday night was a nice touch as we danced away. We made use of the pool table too. I think Alegria Santa Cristina is the gem in the area. We definitely will stay again.

A fuir très très décevant
A notre arrivé problème avec la carte de la chambre on nous donne une chambre déjà occupé (pas top question sécurité des affaires personnelles ), Passer 2 nuits dans le vacarme des jeunes fetard, court, cri dans les couloirs parle fort chambre non insonorisée cela une bonne partie de la nuit. A fuir si vous chercher la tranquillité et du repos.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand ist sehr schön und es gibt einiges zu sehen. Am Pool haben wir immer einen guten Platz gefunden und es war nie zu viel los. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer geputzt und wenn man sich dafür entschieden hat, die Habdtücher länger zu benutzen hat man „Waterpoints“ bekommen, die man dann gegen Getränke/ Cocktails einlösen konnte. Außerdem hat man ein Willkommensgetränk und ein kleines Geschenk bekommen. Auf dem Bett lagen ebenfalls für alle Personen ein großes Handtuch, das man für den Pool und den Strand nutzen konnte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Me encantó todo, las instalaciones y la tranquilidad, pero si tubiese que poner una pega seria que precisamente cuando fuí no tenian muchas opciones de entretenimiento; el roptoof cerrado, el villar y sala de juegos también, actividades 0; solo teníamos la picina y justo llovió.

Très bien malgré…
Accueil sympathique et professionnel, propreté très bien, restauration diversifiée et de qualité. Animation du soir sympathique. Par contre bruit désagréable des chaises dans la salle de restaurant , diffuseur désodorisant désagréable dans les couloirs, parking à 22€ la journée 😖!
