This is a great hotel to explore Girona from, with a short 10-15minute walk into the main city and a 20 min walk to the old town. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay so we couldn't make use of this, but overall the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.

The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. We just had issues with water overflow in the bathroom while taking showers. Also, the beds were 2 twins together and we expected a king bed.

Great service
Great hotel with excellent service. I had a problem with the lock on my door and was quickly moved to a different room and had free breakfasts added to my stay. On the negative side, the furniture in the rooms was chipped and shabby and and the showers were designed to soak the bathroom floor every time they were used. The rooftop terrace, pool and bar seemed to be missing most of its furniture - 6 sun beds is not enough for a hotel with four floors of bedrooms and the bar are had no tables just chairs which were generally moved towards the pool to make up for the lack of sun beds. The location is a bit off pitch - 10 min walk to the station, 15 min walk to the old town.

It was very good overall. There were few inconveniences, but I'm sure next time this will improve because I plan to go back. The safe deposit box in the room good not.be fixed. Thus inconvenience. Slippers and bathrobes have asked ahead of time. Had to ask later. It was delivered but too late to be used. These were not used. Thus inconvenience

Comfortable clean rooms
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station.,and an easy walk into downtown Girona. Friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast buffet. I booked the half board package and the dinner was well worth the extra price I paid.

My king bed was two twin beds put together. I didn't mine sleeping on just a twin,but thet were on wheels that slid away from the wall when I tried to sit up in bed. No headboard.

Bed was uncomfortable. They charge 16 euros to park. Bad coffee. Long walk to old Girona. Very sterile and unfriendly business hotel. Fire alarm goes off. Some people evacuate. Some not. NO explanation from staff.

We booked 2 rooms requesting interconnecting or rooms near to each other. When we arrived I was told had only booked 1 room but when I showed them the booking for the 2 rooms the receptionist realised 1 room had been given to the wrong guests. Our rooms in the end were 4 floors apart which couldn’t have been further away from each other. We had interconnecting rooms with other guests and you could hear every word said including if someone in the room next door coughed. I had booked 2 rooms with balconies but only 1 had a balcony and no refund was applied for this. Very disappointing stay.

Good hotel but dissapointed in location
Arrived about 11.00pm and dissapointed there were no restaurants or bars nearby open. Room we were allocated was very good, but it would have been nice to have has a kettle in the room to make a drink or a complimentary bottle of water. Hotel is very pleasant but a fair walk to the old town, and for that reason we moved to a hotel in a better location the next day.

Not that good. I booked this hotel so I could enjoy some outdoor relaxation only to find the roof terrace was closed. In the room. Bed was on wheels and had no headboard so I could not sit up in bed because the bed would just move and pillows fell down the back of the bed. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. You have to go to reception and pay £2. Water was charged at £2.5 for a tiny bottle. I thought they were comp so was a little surprised when I came to settle my account to have them on my bill.

The hotel had good points but there were niggles which spoilt the experience. The check in was good, the receptionist was helpful. Intially we were pleased. the reception area was attractive as was the lounge and bar. Our room was a good size and clean. However, there were problems with the room. Initially the tv didn't work but this was quickly rectified. The light in the entrance was flickering .The beds were the usual two joined singles but when sat onthe bed the bed rolled forwards and the pillows slipped down which was annoying also there was discrepancy in theheight. The bathroom was satifacty but when one showered the water streamed down the side of the bath, an attempt at sealing the screen was unsucessful. It took 2 small towels to mop up the water. On the 2nd morning our towels were replaced and one of the towels was very badly shredded along the edge . None of the which major problems but they were annoying. However, the main problem was we had booked the hotel because it had a bar and a restaurant. It was our wedding anniversary and we wanted an hotel where we didnt have to walk out every night We knew the bar didnt open until 8pm so we asked at reception if we could get a drink at 7.30 pm as we wanted to eat at 8pm. We were told yes. At 8pm the bar was still closed and we were told it wasnt opening at all and that drinks were only available at the table. After considerable protest we were served with drinks . It rather ruined the occasion.

Hotel by the ring road outside the city center
The hotel is located on the edge off town, it is a 15-20 min walk to the city center. The rooms are comfortable but the AC isn’t powerful enough to cool the very warm room. The windows are locked so can’t be fully opened. The staff did their best to help.

Avoid this hotel by all means
We didn’t had hair dryer in the room. On our request reception responded that they don’t have hair dryers at all. Seriously? Our neighbors from the room next were making love so loud that we wanted to have a cigarette after they finish. Sound insulation between the rooms is non existing.
