La verdad es que por el precio pagado, todo supero nuestras expectativas, las instalaciones, el personal y la comida han sido maravillosos, definitivamente repetiría pero sería bueno tuvieran la opción todo incluido disponible aquí y también el poder agregar el spa

Please take your time in make your decision.
I was very unhappy with my stay in this hotel. Begin with the quality guest this hotel host rude and noise.The room is horrible start with the beds I felt I was sleeping in the floor. They don't have hair dryer the bathroom and outside smell swage it's nasty it's rather get a tent and rent a space in the campground at least you are on the beach . I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. No Free internet also.

An ideal break.
The hotel and location to the beach was perfect. The staff were very professional in their duties. Our room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast better than our expectations, providing hot and cold meals. Pool was small but clean, the sun beds weren't adjustable and there wasn't any parasols, however there was a large veranda to shade from the sun. We had a most enjoyable holiday.

Nice comfortable hotel good location
Very nice hotel, small rooms but clean, towels changed daily. Pool area excellent. Food was good and it was plenty. Friendly restaurant and bar staff. Adjacent to the excellent beach and close to the train station. All in all, fulfilled our expectations.

Very basic hotel, but clean and friendly staff
Hotel is basic - hostel type, we could hear Russians fighting next door every morning! Santa Susana is very pretty but it felt like we were in a retirement village (we are late 30s), and we could only hear Russian, no Spanish really.... :(( Next time we are booking Valencia, and a 4 star hotel is minimum!!!!!

It was a very nice hotel and a good location the only downside the bed was he hardist I every sleep on so after 2 days we changed hotel across the street. ALSO watch out for pick pocket are everywhere.

Hôtel Riviera
Je vous conseille tellement cette hôtel, le seul petit bémol l’hôtel en face joue de la musique jusqu’à 00h, à part sa c’était parfait. Je vous le recommande la ville est tout mignon et calme.

Vacanza super a Santa Susanna
Siamo tornati volentieri all'hotel Riviera di Santa Susanna, e anche quest'anno siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti, l'unica pecca fu già segnalata l'altra volta, la sala pranzo non è raggiungibile con l'ascensore, mio padre di 87, aveva difficoltà a scendere la scala per raggiungere la sala da pranzo.Credo dovreste pensare ad una ristrutturazione per fare arrivare l'ascensore al piano inferiore. C'era la piattaforma per handicappati, ma è stata alcuni giorni ferma, non funzionava., Comunque per il resto tutto bene, dal pranzo alla cena, e abbiamo apprezzato l'iniziativa di quest'anno del "all inclusive" per le bibite l'acqua e il vino, tutto il giorno, e gli snack aggiunti sia metà mattina che pomeriggio. E i cuochi che preparavano al momento carne, pesce e pizza. Un plauso al personale di sala, e anche le signore delle pulizie delle camere. Grazie di tutto!

Een heel schoon hotel en mooie kamers prachtige douche en goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt echt heel goed genoeg keus en lekker vers fruit. Diner is divers soms niet heel warm, maar prima. Je kan ook makkelijk je diner omruilen voor een lunch zodat je lekker buiten de deur kan dineren. Ligging is ook perfect! Direct op de boulevard weg over zo op het strand.

Bon hôtel pas mal de choix au niveau du buffet. Seul point négatif les gens qui réservent les transats de la piscine très tôt le matin alors qu’ils ne sont même pas là. C’est malheureux car à l’arrivée on nous donne un mot qui stipule qu’il est strictement interdit de réserver les transats les gens ne respectent vraiment rien c’est désolant….

Las habitaciones son grandes y la limpieza de 10. Pero la piscina sin socorrista, el agua sucia, de tumbonas llibres no havia nunca la gente se ponia las toallas y despues se iban a comer. La comida muy escasa por un hotel 4*.

Llegamos ayer del hotel Riviera. Me he llevado una gran decepción. Reserve 6 habitaciones al ser posibles vistas a la piscina. La reserva fue hace mucho tiempo. Ya que imagino que no hicieron caso. Nos pusieron en un callejón lleno de aparatos de motores. Contenedores de basura,, por lo que en el balcón olía a pescado podrido, basura aceite rancio etc. En la piscina se puede decir que no hay apenas sombras. El sábado noche no hubo animación alguna. Vaya deprimente. Las comidas en general eran del montón poca variedad y calidad. Si el desayuno estababien.

Habitaciones bien, comida regular, no merece la pena la pension completa, fuera hay mucha oferta gastronomica y a buen precio. La zona de piscina es estresante y feucha. La animación nocturna mal, de hecho la mayoria cogia mesa en la zona de cafeteria alta para ver el espectaculo del hotel de al lado. No es un hotel de cuatro estrellas ni de broma.

Pésimo en todos los aspectos. Habitacion poco cuidada, con desperfectos. Ningún tipo de medidas antiCOVID, siendo el desayuno tipo buffet a la antigua usanza donde cada persona cogía con mismos utensilios la comida,muchos de ellos sin mascarilla, sin llamada de atención por parte del personal. La distancia de seguridad entre las mesas era inexistente. Se formaba una cola extensa que obligaba a madrugar por el reducido horario de desayuno de solo dos horas para muchos huéspedes. El uso de la mascarilla en interiores que era obligatorio no era cumplido ni por muchos huéspedes, sin que en recepción se lo recordasen, ni por personal del hotel viendo a algún limpiadora con ella bajada. Recepcionistas poco atentas, teniendo que pedir indicaciones de horario de desayuno sin ellos darlo de forma espontánea a la llegada. No avisan acerca de posibles multas en zona de aparcamiento cercana al hotel por mercado municipal semanal. A la hora de poner un reclamación ante la ausencia de medidas frente a la pandemia, no preguntaron acerca del motivo y posteriormente al entregarla por escrito hicieron un comentario como si su trabajo fuera que la gente llevase mascarilla. La piscina no tiene duchas para su uso,con hamacas limitadas para el número de personas alojadas. Gimnasio en malisimas condiciones, sin ventilación y máquinas anticuadas. Spa de pago que consta de jacuzzi, piscina y baño turco. Ruido constante, con animación en este hotel y los de alrededores hasta las 12.

Vriendelijk personeel die je bij vanalles helpen. Mooie kamers, dagelijks schone handdoeken. Zeer goed en ruim ontbijt met veel keuze. Ligging ideaal, vlak bij t strand en winkeltjes. Aanrader!

Családi nyaraláson voltunk a szállodában.A szoba nagyon jó volt:kényelmes ágy,légkondis,lcd tv-s hidromasszázs káddal!Mi azon az oldalon voltunk aminek az erkélye a szomszéd szállodára nézett talán ez volt negatívum és az elszívó zaja de ha becsokod az erkélyajtót akkor semmit nem lehet hallani belőle. Összességében meg voltunk elégedve.

Dårlig service. Maden ikke noget at skrive hjem om
Der var en utrolig dårlig service på hotellet specielt i receptionen. Der skulle endvidere betales for internet, og når det så var gjort, var det kun til en device, så hvis man ville have net til både mobil og iPad skulle der købes 2 gange internet. Nettet var i øvrigt meget ustabilt.

Ontbijt en diner was prima. Kamer was smerig, voegen in douche lagen los, Er werd ook niet gepoetst, alleen bedden werden op gedekt, slechte matrassen,en enorm gehorig. Personeel achter de bar was super vriendelijk, personeel van receptie wat minder!!!

Grand buffet pour les repas. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue ,nous étions du côté de la piscine. Le personnel de la récéption ne parle ni Anglais ni Français. Seulement Espagnole. Je ne mentionne pas internet tellement ce service est déplorable. Un plus pas de discothèque dans cet immeuble.

Livligt familie område - tæt på skøn strand.
Dejligt og rent hotel i smukt område med vidunderlig strand. Der er masser af liv og glade dage om aften, Musik overalt. Bedst for familier, der vil have festlig ferie med sol og badeture om dagen og fest med dans og musik om aften. Området har mange spændende ting for børn, mini Tivoli, shopping centre, legepladser og dejlig strand. Vores datter på 5 år elskede stedet, og vi har lovet at komme igen i 2014. Der er dog meget larm indtil kl. 00.00, hvilket gør det umuligt at falde i søvn tidligt. Et paradis for livlige familier, der ønsker glad solferie.
