Don’t read negative reviews what a great hotel
The staff were fantastic I was worried before my stay after reading reviews on trip advisor about a few things such as food but we loved the food lots of variety good food for kids and always fresh I am an experienced traveller and travelled around the world on cruise ships and this hotel it great for families ignore the negative reviews also all inclusive range is really good along with the pools for the kids

Great entertainment team for all ages lovely rooms AI very good food selection not always hot though no different to a lot of AI hotels the drink ticket system I thought was strange but worked really well queuing for drinks was pretty good very relaxed vibe around the hotel with plenty of sun beds available the only watch out was the 2euro coin lockers in luggage storage you can only open it once then expected to put another 2euros in to lock it again this wasn’t very clear on the lockers but all in all a lovely break away and I would recommend it as a place to stay

Excellent family pools including Splash slides. They handled a full hotel well. Everything worked. Some initial problem on check-in but after insisting the Manager did resolve the problem very nicely. The lunch is too expensive in my opinion. Main courses good. Fresh fruit good. Wine by the glass comes out of a hose...not great that...maybe peopIe don't care. Over-all well-managed and good value.

`Nice getaway
Pools are great, hotel very clean. Plenty of lounge chairs to grab by the pool. We were all-inclusive. We enjoyed the food buffets and drinks. The drinks have limitations, but if you want something that isnt included, it is very cheap to purchase. Snacks were just leftovers from meals, and they need improvement. Rooms were clean. Beds were OK, need to upgrade the bedding. Walkable to beach and fun town area.

Booked a quadruple room with one double and 2 single beds, and my request was not met. We ended up with 2 double beds for a couple and 2 kids, so that made it a bit difficult to sleep well and the room was very small for the 4 of us. Otherwise, good location and pool.

Our hotel stay was amazing. The staff were second to none, very warm, helpful and accommodating - so much so we'd love to return as we had such a great time. The all inclusive features were brilliant, super family friendly and the room was a good size and bright. Only thing we hoped is that the food was more traditional, i think they try too hard to accommodate the british tourists and they shouldnt.

Area around the property wasn't safe, a group of women attempted to pickpocket us at the train station nearby. Hotel is really only for families with small children, if you want to come and set your kids loose its great. Staff does a good job keeping kids entertained, but activities sometimes cost extra. Dining room staff were sometimes rude, food was good for the price.

We have just had a 10 day stay. Its is a modern, clean hotel that is a short walk to the beach and shops. It is definitely more suited to families than couples and became very rowdy at times. The food is quite good for an all inclusive although breakfast was always luke warm. Good choice of drinks although you are restricted to on drink per person per visit to the bar. In busy periods you could be queuing for up to 25 minutes to be served as only one bar. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Met my expectations
Stayed for 4 days with my 2 boys age 13 and 11 years. We enjoyed our stay, good selection of foods, nice surroundings, boys enjoyed slides at pool. Plenty choice of activities to take part in but my boys choose not too. Would have preferred if ice cream was included in all inclusive instead of just an ice pop. Also snacks I felt were left overs from breakfast /lunch. Would have preferred snacks were available from bar side and available all day and not restricted to certain times throughout day. Surrounding area looked run down to me, but not far to walk to beach / train station. Plenty sun beds , we always found ones. Staff friendly and welcoming, also hard working. Very clean hotel. I would certainly return.

4* hotel 2* service. bring cash!!!!
Really nice hotel, service does not quite meet expectation. On a 4* all inclusions you don’t expect the chargesd ‘extra’ for everything. If it’s not included just don’t offer it. Example... packets of crisps and ice creams were all extra. Felt more of an ‘all excluded’ holiday. Also you are not allowed to have any kind of inflatable in any of the family pools (even though they had a specific adult pool for those miserable people), no beach balls allowed either. On the plus the female hotel manager for brilliant and did deal with complaints quickly and efficiently, shame the rest of the staff were not up to this standard. Overall it has potential to be a nice hotel but they haven’t quite grasped the concept of all inclusive and 4*. If it was a 3* self catered hotel with no self catering facilities they nailed it 😉.

can do better
Plus points....short walk to train station with a nice journey along the coast to Barcelona. The hotel is styled nicely, it is modern, clean and comfortable. Good facilities...splash park, teen zone. The food was delicious a lot of fresh show cooking. Now for the negative..... the hotel which advertises itself as a family hotel had coach loads of students staying there....so nobody at the hotel during the day which meant a lot of activities could'nt run properly and lacked any atmosphere. But in the night between 11:30pm - 2:30 am the students ran around the corridors constantly in and out of each others room....knocking and slamming doors. Hung around the corridors ....so very noisy constantly between these hours, which spoilt the holiday for me. The hotel needs to decide if its a family hotel or a youth hostel!!

Just got back from a week here, the hotel is beautiful. It’s modern and feels fresh. The weather could have been better but that’s not the hotels fault :). There is so much choice when it comes to food and you have chefs cooking food to order which is amazing. Will definitely return.

1970's hotel
1970's worn out single lumpy bed for a dwarf. extremely noisy airconditioning unit from 1960's that did not work, tv from a prison cell that doesnt work.small room. Very noisy location, cannot sleep in. Heaps of bus loads of tourists, mainly russians, and school kids, constantly arriving to use swimming pool at adjacent hotel. Breakfast was fantastic though. Stayed in 5 nights in July.

Positivo: los animadores del hotel, gente joven y con mucha energía, muy dispuestos a la hora de entretener a los niños. La música - Dj , zona de bar bien. Buen espectáculo por la noche y actividades casi a todas horas. Habitación amplia y limpia.Hay que vigilar tema cucarachas en el balcón , se cuelan por las tuberías, yo tuve que tapar la salida de una que daba al balcón, porque se cuelan por allí. Los alrededores del hotel muy bien, zona tranquila, cerca del centro, playa y tren. Negativo: Lo que no me gustó es el personal de recepción, muy serios, no atienden al teléfono, ni desde la habitación ni antes de alojarme para informarme. Mejor la comunicación por email.

Im grossen und ganzen war es ok. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Speisen katastrofe, es hat sich immer das gleiche wiederhollt. Nachts konnte man nicht richtig schlafen da ständig lärm war. Für einen Kurztrip ok aber wenn man richtig Ferien machen möchte und ausschlafen würde ich es nicht empfällen.

Bon hôtel pour famille avec enfants moins pour ados. Les règles de savoir-vivre ensemble sont parfois bâclées notamment à la piscine où il est de rigueur de courir un sprint dès l’ouverture des portes sinon pas de transat avant 15h alors que certains ne voient dans la journée que la serviette posée dessus jamais son propriétaire !!!!

Ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Animation im Hotel ist sehr gut, insbesondere für die Kinder. Die verschiedenen Poolanlagen sind sehr angenehm. Somit verteilt sich alles gut. Das Essen ist sehr gut, es wiederholt sich aber auch. Der Speisesaal an sich erinnert an eine grosse Kantine. Das Meer ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar, ein kleines Stadtzentrum auch.

Ihr gebt euch wirklich Mühe es euren Gästen recht zu machen. Schade ist nur dass die Haupt-Terasse zu klein ist für die Anzahl der Gäste und Abends nur die eine Bar geöffnet hat, was immer lange warten bedeutete. Wenn es platztechnisch sich einrichten lässt. Macht doch mehr Programm draußen statt drinnen .
