"Nice hotel not a 5*"
On arrival, the reception staff were friendly and offered us a complementry drink (fizzy wine or apple juice)
The hotel entrance is beautiful and well maintained, beautiful waterfalls, lovely seating areas.
We paid extra for a sea view room and on entry to the room it was lovely, really clean, huge bed, balcony view was outstanding.
The pool area is to a good standard, 2 huge pools, with a bar and lots of sun beds (they advise that you are not allowed to reserve sun-beds, however, no one takes note of that and will leave their towels on them (very frustrating)).
You get clean pool towels as many times of the day as you want, just make sure you take your 'towel card' with you otherwise they'll say no!
Myself and my partner stayed on a B&B basis, which is fine, Dorada beer is 3€ in the hotel and drinks are reasonable, if you do stay all inclusive, please note not all drinks are included and ice creams aren't either.
Breakfast food in my personal opinion is not great, OK so there is a fair bit of choice, pancakes, fruit, breads etc... But the cooked breakfast is not great at all, some days a good selection of cooked food but most days really poor! Two days I ate nothing.
The entertainment team, are OK, nothing special, kids enjoyed them being there and they do a daily 'Aqua Gym' which looked fun, their is a guy that walks around who I think is the team leader, I didn't think much of him, in fact I think he was quite rude, quite rude to his team, and didn't make any effort with
