Really nice hotel, staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. Good number of pools though it would have been nice to have one that was deeper than standing height. Lovely range of food available with the all inclusive package. Very central and easy to get around by bus. My only criticism was the limited opening times for the gym - 10am-6pm. I like to exercise early in the morning, before the day starts, or late at night, after it ends. I could not do that in the gym. However, it did give me an opportunity to go jogging instead and there are some great jogging paths along the coast. Overall, we had a great stay. I will definitely go back.

A beautifully kept grand hotel with fabulous amenities and helpful staff. Great kids entertainment and good events team fantastic aerobics instructors and even water “spinning “classes. Ask for the introductory €25 spa deal with one hour private access for 2 to the luxurious sauna, hot tub, plunge pool, rain showers and other facilities then a 25 minute massage. We went for half board. Food was amazing.

Rooms may by some be described as dated, but this is a swish hotel, where little has not been thought about and modernity of furnishings and decor are classy rather than sassy: so you get Spanish feel about everything - and that's good. What is DISAPPOINTING are a number odd design faults - pools, and surrounding areas. Whilst clean and attractive looking, the pools are far too shallow for swimming and as a result we saw few adults swimming - a metre to 1.3m is simply mediocre. The beds are far too close together for comfort and privacy. The so-called entertainments team (Animacion) is juvenile in the extreme and unworthy of such a classy hotel. OK for kids, they blast the dreadful studio music ruining any tranquility for adults. It's like Butlins abroad like many European countries today. PLEASE have an area away from the adults and keep their puerile efforts away from the grown ups. One towel only policy is crazy when most 5 star hotels permit two. Enforce the rule on sunbed booking. The rooms are great with comfortable chairs when resting is needed . Well maintained and cleaned every day. Just note a shortage of real rather than decaf coffee. The evening entertainments on half of our night with simply poor local musicians using loud generic backing tracks, with pub musical ability, poor grasp of English lyrics and pandering to the lowest common denominator. Abba and Eagles tribute bands + acrobats & Three Tenors were really good, but the Animacion MCs were awful.

The property is grand and excellent. The only improvement could be the fact that it is dated, a little bit of renovation here and there can increase the image.
