Lovely hotel

Hotel and all facilities very good. Plenty of food selection and drinks. Night time is more suited to families rather than young couples (bar shuts fairly early). Overall a beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend for a relaxing break away.

Nice hotel

Posted 10-Sep-2017
Pros: Cleanliness and food quality
Cons: Free Wi Fi
Location: Middle of nowhere. Nothing to do nearby
Overall a very pleasant stay in a nice clean hotel. Location is very much in the middle of nowhere. The bus service to Las Americas is good but takes about 50 mins so be prepared for that. Like most European hotels the premium Wi Fi charge is nothing short of a scam. In 2017 to charge £35 every week for guests to use Wi Fi is quite frankly out of order. Public demand has finally sorted out the phone companies charging for mobiles abroad. One day public opinion will sort out this Wi Fi Scam in European Hotels. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Food was very good. Service in general was good. We used Portofino restaurant one night and the service was very very poor. In the main restaurant the service inside was good but outside for some reason it was poor. Entertainment was at best average but was not a priority for us. Overall I would recommend this hotel and was glad we chose it.

Nice for relaxing.

I didn't particularly like the room because it wasn't at all like any of the pictures which made me choose the hotel in the first place and on arrival the toiletries had not been replaced. The check in was easy but to go find the room was quite confusing so we had to wait to be shown re way which wasn't long. Some of the instructions weren't clear like where to change the pool towels and where the programme schedule was for the day's activities; we had to ask numerous people before we were told properly but once we found our way it was all super easy. Safes are usually badic as is wifi but this has to be paid for separately. The safe is €2.60 a day and wifi €8 a day. That's all the negativity out the way! Now for the good stuff, because it was busy there is not enough room around the pool for all so you have to throw your towels on the recliners fairly early to manage to get space. The pool is great though! The food is amazing and you basically get food and drink 24/7 all included! There's such a variety that even small kids seemed happy and unable to complain! There are also some shops within the hotel where you can get basic stuff and souvenirs too. All in all it was a lovely stay and didn't regret it although would not run to go there again. One thing I noticed though the same entertainment staff seem to work there everyday and all day! I even saw them taking rubbish out at midnight! The hotel needs more staff and I felt sorry for the ones there as they must be exhausted!

Amazing, beautiful, relaxing & fun

Food is incredible, wine lovely. All 6 pools are perfect. Rooms cleaned every day. Kids club was awesome & they couldn't wait to go the next day - kids club staff really brilliant. The chocolate party was a particular hit. I loved the water aerobics everyday at 12 & the mini golf, table tennis & archery was all good fun. Literally the only slight negative was that you couldn't ever get a bottle of water to keep with you, only plastic cups which were easily knocked over. This was the only fault. They made extra special effort for my daughters birthday with ribbon & ballons on room door & a cake & card inside. Truely perfect place to go with children. Would love to return.

Holiday village

Posted 27-May-2017
I was pleasantly surprised when we first arrived at this Hotel. The reception and lobby were impressive enough. The reviews that we read before hand were excellent and did not disappoint. The whole place is super clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive food and drink package was good value and good quality. The evening entertainment was good enough. Only one slight negative would be the location as the hotel is a bit isolated outside of the main town of Costa Adeje (approx 3km) in a rocky bay of about 6 hotels and nothing else. Then again, this Hotel is more like a village with shops on site so there is really no need to leave the complex. I would highly recommend a week at this resort/hotel (all inclusive) to relax unwind and soak up the Canarian sun.

Nice hotel beautiful grounds

Posted 26-May-2017
Pros: Beautifully keep grounds and pools very clean
Cons: Staff training
Location: N/A
Check in staff abrupt and rushed not enough information given The hotel complex beautiful lots of steps Take a large plastic container for drinks, as the ones the provide are small. You'll be forever getting off your sun lounger to keep hydrated!!

Just got back from a week holiday at Bahia Principe Tenerife. Excellent for people who wants a complete rest, quality time with family/ love one's. Not for those seeking exciting night pub crawl as this is haven of peace and tranquility. The place is tuck away from tempting shopping etc although taxi is cheap if you want to explore the area. Shuttle bus is provided to areas like las americas that has nothing exciting to offer (in my opinion) but dark sandy beach and loads of paella, burger and chips etc.... Oh and bars to paralyse you til morning. The food like no other has lots of choices and well thought for people who are vegetarian, carnivorous, and those who does not expect a michelin dining. Drinks are in abundance too, the hotel made sure you'll never get hungry or thirsty. The staff in all restaurants (yes, I mean it with an 's' cos they have lots) are all friendly, serving you with a smile makes a difference isn't it? Not the type that they really show they don't want to be there. The rooms were spacious, can't comment on the view of others but we had a distant view of the sea and the pool, so its a breath of fresh air each morning. The gardens, communal areas, rooms -- inside and out of the hotel were well looked after (I like seeing the cleaners in uniform, always wearing it with a smile). Entertainment for children was good. My 3 year old always looked forward to dance every evening. I definitely recommend this resort.
