Positive aspects: hotel’s structure is truly beautiful and location is excellent. Some aspects of our stay fell quite short of what one would expect from a hotel of this standard. I would like to leave the suggestion that they reconsider the way guests are welcomed and treated a smile and real care make all the difference in bringing a hotel to life and shaping the experience of those who choose to stay with them.

The hotel is well located, at a walking distance to several museums, parks, restaurants and public transport. The room was very clean, and the receptionists very polite, friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. There's space for luggage.
The two things that could be improve:
1. The small fridge was broken, didn't have a lower shelf and didn't close well.
2. There's not enough space in the bathroom to put towels, clothes and other things.
Altogether, it's good value for the price.
