"The communication for check in was very smooth. The owner was super nice and understanding for the late arrival. The house was gorgeous and I got to chose the suites. The room was spacious and had every thing essentials. The decor was classy. The parking spot in front of the house was available during low season so it was very convenient. Peccato per l’insonorizzazione della stanza in cui sono stato, ovvero la n.4: È sita vicina alla porta d’ingresso e al tavolo della “hall”, quindi essere svegliati è molto semplice: di notte quando gli altri ospiti rincasano e quando gli altri ospiti si fanno il caffè di prima mattina. "We booked thinking this was 2 star but it’s definitely a 3 star hotel so we were pleasantly surprised. The ‘spa’ bit is €40/hr private hire and downstairs, no windows so we gave that a skip. The room with balcony and sea view was lovely with a fridge but no kettle. We didn’t partake in €12 pp breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant on 5th floor with sea views and an amazing astroturf roof terrace on 6th floor with lots of seating -again a really lovely surprise. All in all I couldn’t work out why the Trip advisor reviews were so bad, we had a lovely time!"
