It is surrounded by its own garden with olive trees and centuries-old trees, immersed in peace and quiet to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Our holiday home is new and independent, with its own entrance.  The ground floor consists of a kitchen (equipped with gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher), dining room and living room with air conditioning and television, bathroom and loggia with colonnade. An internal stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 spacious double bedrooms with large wardrobe and dresser, bathroom with shower and terrace. Parking is convenient and ample (max. 2 cars), adjacent to the house, within the estate boundary wall. It is easily accessible from all directions and is located in a strategic position: 7 km from Iseo, 10 km from Sarnico, 10 km from Rovato, 15 km from Palazzolo sull'Oglio, 25 km from Brescia. We are surrounded by medieval villages with ancient residences, abbeys and monasteries, a few steps from the enchanting Lake Iseo, at the foot of the small church of Sant'Eufemia, built in the last decades of the 10th century. We are located just 12 km from Monte Isola (by ferry from Iseo), Europe's largest lake island. It is 1 km from the ancient Sanctuary of Madonna della Neve di Adro and 3 km from the Torbiere del Sebino Nature Reserve. . Jammer dat er geen grote buitentafel is om te ontbijten. Afzuiging in keuken was stuk, dit werd gemeld maar niet gerepareerd. Boventoilet was ook stuk en dit werd wel daags nadien gerepareerd door een loodgieter. Achter- en zijtuin hebben eigenlijk geen functie.
