My family and I loved this stay. While it is small, it had everything we needed to cook meals and the sleeping accommodations were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean and had cute beach decor. My five and seven-year old shared the sofa bed, and the bed and the primary was just right. This is on the third floor, so keep it in mind that you’ll have to walk up three flights of stairs with your gear. The balcony was so nice and peaceful! You can’t see any of your other neighbors, and you have an obstructed view of the ocean! Beautiful! We would definitely rent this condo again. It is walking distance to the beach! The only hiccup was that we paid for late check out, and the cleaning service folks did not know that. The accommodations were just what we needed. The balcony was great and did not get evening sum. The only thing is we wish there was a deadbolt lock on the door for peace of mind. Location was great. Having an air fryer would have been nice. Since we stay for a week, we cook most of our meals. That would have made it a little easier. Many broken items, including washing machine, door, lock, ceiling fan, window, burned out light bulbs. Most were fixed by the time we left. Padre Island. Cleanest so far. Good ammenties. Door code complicated with 10 number pin...touchy as well. Could shorten door code. Atleast two entry trys to open door. Even with learned code door quircks 3 days later. Shorten door code. Toliet tank ran excessively...change the flapper...very worn out. Wasting water. Bed room bed frame squeaks excessively...every movement is noise on bed frame These are small issues...still rate this stay very high...what I find staying at this resort generally....nice place worth money......plumbing either stopped drains....toliet issues....sink issues...battery in remotes dead. The maid service....simple....get that added to clean up checklist.. ##### Robert T. Then when we arrived there was no electricity and we called and they were no help at all. I will not ever rent from Vacasa again as this is the third time we have and the third time we have had issues. I do not recommend. ##### Staci Y.
