The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 3rd stay at this location. Always a wonderful beach visit. One thing I would suggest is having more kitchen supplies. Possibly more pots/pans and storage containers. Had internet issues but no fault of property Spectrum just stinks. Would have given 5 stars except going almost 24 hours without internet and both TV’s had to have it to work. Staff was amazing with their communications. Check in and check out were very easy. It only really affected the beach conditions and we still got to enjoy it a decent amount 😃. We enjoyed our time here. Location was great. Comfy little place. Couple little knick knack things that would irritate others didn't really bother us such as...no fridge handle, stained sheets (burn marks maybe?), wifi outages (pre incoming weather). One of the stove burners didn't work well. Nothing worthy of bothering the rental company. Overall a great getaway at a excellent location. ##### Steve C. Reviewer Comments: Arrived on a Sunday early check in was awesome was informed they where going to be working on the parking area in front of the unit I was staying in ok a work all day so ok was hot informed the the unit above mine was doing floors ok not home during the day but they worked some days till 9pm I guess they bit off more than they could chew gave them a brake a couple day because I no what it’s like they where supposed to stop at 5pm never did and calling the office did absolutely nothing to top that off Saturday night it sounded like he was jumping on the floor he distributed my hole time there plus you have four minutes of hot water to shower the unit Mike was working on was 226 I was down stairs in 123 ##### Belinda P. Stayed 7 nights in Dec 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Lindy G. 9 Mar 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Mixed Bag We chose this unit because it was updated, close to the beach and had a king sized bed (shown in the photos) When we arrived we were very pleased with the unit until we discovered the bed did not have a box spring, was very low to the ground and very soft. We are seniors so getting in and out of bed was very difficult and the mattress was not comfortable. We spoke to the management and although they tried to be helpful, they said they couldn't do anything about it and there would be no switching units or refunds. This made our stay less than what we were expecting. Neighbors above us were loud and the unit next to us had a barking dog for 2 days before they left. Wish we could do it again in a different unit bc the facility itself had an amazing pool and it was a great location. ##### Lindy G.
