Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and the pool is right outside your door with plenty of chairs and shaded seating.Close to everything. Island Market grocery, CVS, liquor store, beach gear shops, and local restaurant options.Spacious and comfortable. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms made it perfect for three couples and a grandparent. Beds were comfortable, and every room had a ceiling fan.Good value. For the size, location, and amenities, the property was well-priced for what you get.A bit dated. The home is slightly more worn than the pictures show.Temperature balance. Only one A/C thermostat for the entire unit — the downstairs master was warmer while the upstairs bedrooms were cooler.Laundry. Reviewer Comments: We all needed a vacation - the stay was great with the exception of ants - which were taken care of by maintenance quickly and the non-working dryer. This is our 3rd year in this same unit and our third year to complain about the dryer. It takes 3-4 cycles to get anything dry. Owner needs to replace or stop advertising washer/dryer. Last year, we needed two extra hours past checkout and there was not an extra charge. This year, we needed one hour due to a work conference call and were charged $28.56\. When asking about staying one extra hour, we were not told there would be a charge. It wasn't until the day of checkout that we were notified. ##### Carla G. If you have a large family like I do this is the perfect getaway! We booked both listing that were next to each other and we enjoyed going back and fourth between the Gomes eating snacking and hanging out with one another.
