I reached out to management and I will say they made attempts to make it right like waiving the cleaning fee and offering to send someone to clean. I declined the housekeeper, for my own reasons. However, the items left dirty are no brainers for me when cleaning a rental space and it made me think the unit had never been cleaned since the last renter.
