Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year. Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October. Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance. No Smoking/Vaping. Dog-Friendly (two dogs maximum). Pool size: 23ft x 10.5ft All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Over all the space was sufficient for our group, the location was great, nice access to beach. We will definitely come back to area again but wouldn’t stay in same house ##### Aaron s.
