King sized bed replaces queen in mid-floor ensuite bedroom. Based on guest feedback, new arrangements in other mid-floor bedrooms. Updated lighting in the kitchen and dining areas. Even more fresh paint! We are excited to be partnering with a private inspector to ensure the home is diligently maintained and ready to welcome guests after every turn! Book your stay at this well-appointed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home lovingly maintained by its owners. Positioned next to a preserved natural area, the home has unparalleled views and quick access to the beach. It’s easy to watch the summer sun rise over the water while still in your pajamas. A watchful eye may even spot dolphins playing in the waves while pouring morning coffee. Top Floor: A well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and great room with ocean views. Two furnished deck areas. A Queen ensuite bedroom equipped with a work station has the best view in the house and direct access to the upper deck. Mid Floor: A spacious King ensuite bedroom, a Queen bedroom, a bedroom with two Twin beds, full hall bath, and a laundry bath. Outside: A hot tub on the back deck area. Another deck is shared between the King and Twin rooms. Ground Floor: A “bunk room†equipped with two duo bunks and a futon, a quiet sitting room with its own library shelf, and a full hall bath. Outside: A gas grill and picnic table create a dining area, outdoor shower, fenced in private pool, basketball hoop, clothes lines, dog waste bag station, private path to the closest dune overwalk. All bedrooms have televisions. The house is stocked with puzzles and board games at the beginning of each season. It’s a quick pop out the back door and over the dune for a day at the beach. Or explore all that the Northern Outer Banks has to offer. Enjoy casual and fine dining, charming cafes, mini-golf, and fun shops just a short drive or bike ride away. Prefer to cook in? Food LIon is 1 mile away and a grocery store less than 2 miles away. At the end of the day unwind in your private pool or opt to relax your cares away in the hot tub while looking out to the natural habitat and dunes. Two furnished decks offer inviting spaces for al fresco meals or evening cocktails in the sea breeze. From the upper deck, enjoy views of the water while creating cherished memories with loved ones.
