A perfect gem of a B&B
What a fabulous place to stay, not only was the apartment stunning and had everything you need, but great location for things to do in the area and Lynn was just a delight and so friendly. Was a perfect break away celebrating my partners 50th.

Fantastic Breakfast and attention to detail. FOC cold bottled water Chocolate on the bed every night. Fresh milk available for tea and coffee not the long life capsules…. Lynn and Kathy great company and fab tourist guides A special lovely weekend.

Martin was rude
The hotel accepted my booking for 2 rooms in October. They accepted payment in full and emailed to confirm my booking. Then, in June they emailed me to say they wouldn't honour the booking as they had a 2 night minimum stay policy. It did not say this anywhere when I booked. When I said I was disappointed they had taken 7months to come back to me, Martin's response was "Oh so you are saying this is my fault! I see" and he hung up on me!!! I wasn't rude to him and did not expect this response from what I expected to be a professional business. Fortunately, hotels.com who I had booked through were exceptionally professional and gave us a choice of alternative accommodation. We were very impressed with our stay at Carlyon bay and would not reccomend Bradleigh Lodge to anyone based on our experience.

Nice stay at Bradleigh Lodge
We've had an amazing 3 night stay at Bradleigh Lodge. Room was brilliant and nicely decorated with big attention to details. Hosts were super helpful and friendly. We've had a nice and warm welcome even with late check-in after 11pm:-). We can truly recommend Bradleigh Lodge to everyone who want a peacefull and relax stay in Cornwall.

Lovely stay, highly recommend. Rooms very comfortable and garden to relax if weather allows. Check website for rooms as all different. Thankyou Cath for recommendations of places to visit and see. Look forward to staying again.

Great location for shop and restaurants. Wonderful hosts. Lovely garden at the property. Room right next to breakfast room was vefy noisy from around 7am so if your not a morning person, ask for a room furthest away. Shelf above sink made cleaning teeth a little awkward but that is my only criticism. It would however, not stop me from staying here again.

Room was lovely but compact. Storage space was very limited. The hosts were also lovely people, but due to COVID restrictions, we didn’t interact with them as much as you might normally do at a B&B. Loved the way they had a stock of not just biscuits but fresh fruit made available at all times to their guests. Would definitely go back, but perhaps ensure we got one of the slightly bigger rooms next time.

a delightful B&B providing all the amenities required for a short stay. Location is also fantastic for reaching surrounding towns and areas, not least Charlestown for wonderful evening dinners.

Chosen after reading excellent reviews of Bradleigh Lodge. Very happy with location. Radka very welcoming & helpful. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Outdoor seating. Room 2 - half of it very dark - other half lacked space either side of bed making it very difficult to access garden on one side & shower room on other. Shower room & shower itself very small (& we are both slim!) Parking difficult at times

Very helpful owner, noticed we had been reading the Times, and had a Times on our breakfast table the next day. Best breakfast ever, cooked to perfection.

We were made to feel very welcome at this clean and comfortable hotel. Only has 3 rooms available but that made it even better. Lynn provided an excellent breakfast. Definitely worth a stay.

Lovely Guest House central to Attractions
We would highly recommend this Guest House. Our room was spotless, comfortable and well furnished. Everyone was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was a good choice at breakfast, including fresh fruit and everything was freshly cooked to order. The garden was peaceful with plenty of places to relax. Wonderful fresh linen and bath robes are provided. It is the little touches that make this a wonderful place to stay.

Great place for a short stay
My partner and I booked two nights at Bradleigh Lodge as a base for sightseeing in Cornwall and we loved this place. Spotlessly clean, exactly as described with great attention to detail we couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We especially enjoyed the cooked breakfast. The hosts provided us with a welcoming, friendly service and were really helpful. We would definitely go back.

Friendly and comfortable
Friendly staff, comfy room, great breakfast. Room was clean too. Enjoyed the complementary water, tea, coffee and biscuits thanks. Garden is beautiful and the new bedroom in the outhouse has a high spec finish!

Zimmer Nr 4, für zwei Pers. ok, für 3 zu klein
Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. vier. Dieses liegt ausserhalb des Hauses in einer umgebauten Garage. Sehr schön und sehr stilvoll. Badezimmer wunderschön. Leider sind die Platzverhältnisse recht bescheiden. Gebucht haben wir für 2 Nächte für 2 Erw. und ein Kind 7 Jahre. Erwartet hatten wir mindestens ein Doppelbett und ein Zustellbett. Erhalten haben wir ein Doppelbett für und für unseren 7 Jährigen eine Luftmatratze (Camping), diese war nicht einmal bezogen. Sie stand an der Wand angelehnt. Mussten sie dann selber beziehen und einen Platz für diese finden. Das ging nur mit dem Verrutschen des Doppelbettes, mit dem Ergebnis, dass der Platz noch prekärer wurde. Koffer und Taschen fanden keinen Abstellplatz mehr. Wir mussten alles auf, und übereinander stapeln. Bitte versteht mich nicht falsch, für zwei Personen wirklich superschön, für drei zu klein. Frühstück sehr gut, Service sehr gut, sehr nette Person. PS: unser Jüngster schlief auf der Luftmatratze trotzdem sehr gut...

Wunderschönes, schnuckliges Bed&Breakfast
Herzlichkeit, die Liebe zu Detail und Wohlfühlatmosphäre beschreiben am besten das Breadleigh Logde. Das Frühstück war stets mit frischen Zutaten angerichtet und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Abends lädt der Garten zum Verweilen ein. St. Austell an sich ist nicht so der "Hingucker", aber jedem, der sich z.B. Lands End oder den St. Michaels Mount anschaun möchte, würde ich das Bradleigh Logde zum Verweilen empfehlen, da man dorthin sehr gern wieder zurückkehrt, was auch sehr an der Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin liegt. Ich kann nur sagen "just perfect".

Wonderful hosts, great breakfast, very nicely built B&B, somewhat creaky beds otherwise perfect, would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Cornwall, we had a wonderful stay there.
