Chalet les Loutrons, which can accommodate 6 people and a baby, offers a stay in a charming setting in Cornimont. Completely renovated, this chalet features a courtyard, garden, and open terrace, providing a welcoming space to relax.  
  
Located on the roadside for easy access, it is less than 10 minutes from the ski resorts and activities of La Bresse, and 20 minutes from Gérardmer, ideal for both summer and winter leisure activities. In addition, the town center and its shops are less than 5 minutes away, combining comfort and convenience for a perfect stay in any season. The chalet is spread over two levels.  
On the ground floor, it comprises:  
\- a living room: Dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. Equipped kitchen: Refrigerator. Freezer compartment. 3-burner ceramic hob. Oven. Microwave. Dishwasher. Filter coffee maker. Raclette and fondue set, immersion blender. Living room with smart TV, sofa, armchairs, and coffee table.  
\- A bathroom: 80x140cm shower. One sink. Electric towel dryer. Hairdryer.  
\- Separate toilet.  
\- A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed.  
\- A 20m² wooden terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, parasol, and electric barbecue.  
  
On the first floor:  
\- A mezzanine with an office area (attic)  
\- A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed (attic)  
\- A sleeping area with two 80x200cm beds (attic)  
\- A bathroom: 80x80cm shower. One sink. Toilet. (attic)  
  
Free Wi-Fi access.  
Linens included, sheets included, beds made upon arrival, towels included.  
End-of-stay cleaning included.  
Private parking in the courtyard.  
  
The chalet is equipped to accommodate children and babies: 1 crib with 60/120 cm mattresses (babies up to 3 years old), children's dishes, high chair with a table for meals, bathtub, potty, and toilet seat reducer, and changing table.  
A few board games (adults and children) and toys are available in the accommodation.  
  
Maximum 1 dog allowed, at an additional cost. Other pets are not allowed.
