Was roomy enough for family of 4\. Bedrooms are large and beds were comfortable, not too soft for my bad back. A modern smart TV in lounge room, didn't use the kids TV. Kitchen was well appointed - could do with some chef's knives, steak knives, and another saucepan or two - good enough for a week of simple cooking. Dining table was a huge 8 seater. Street was not too busy or noisy. No access to front balcony meant airflow not quite as much as I'd liked. ##### SHANE W.
