We would like to assure you that at Club Hotel Loutraki we implement a strict disinfestation program on a regular basis, therefore the bug you mention very likely came from outside after leaving the windows open. As regards the beach in front of our hotel, it includes areas of sandstone, which are part of the natural environment of the coastal front and can not be altered by law.
