From the welcoming smile on Lia's face at reception, to the attentiveness of the staff at every corner of the resort, you know your vacation will be well catered for.
Our room overlooking the bay was spacious and well maintained.
We had half board, which allowed us a variety of choice at breakfast and either lunch or dinner.
The dining room was well managed by the Maitre D' , and his exceptional staff. Food was delicious, well prepared and a great variety was on offer during our 1 week stay. Our children joined us for 5 days, making great use of the swimming facilities in the pool and private beach.
Walking to Corfu town 35 minutes , but a bus stop is close by. We highly recommend a trip to Paleokastritsa for a swim on the Adriatic side of the island.
Overall a First Class resort and wonderful experience for the whole family.

Disappointed no porter to help with luggage on arrival - reception efficient but not friendly.
Impossible to get a taxi throughout entire stay - seems to be a shortage when cruise ships arrive, however Ideal for seeing the sights of Mon Repos, the monastery, old ruins and beautiful little church on the Paleopolis peninsula, as well as being easy walking distance to the old town - wonderful to come back to relax by beautiful clean salt water pool.

It was all great! The staff were all friendly and nice and it was very thoughtful the fact that the hotel could offer a room for 30 mins, after checking out, for a shower before catching our late flight.

The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble, the room was clean and fine for 2, though it had a third bed and three in the room would have been cramped. The food was good and the pool bar served great choices. The pool sun beds were too few for the number of guests and as this was not height of season it must be impossible to get a subbed later in the season.
This was important as there is a lack of beaches in both the surrounding area and Corfu tow do not have a beach.
The blue bus service which runs from outside the hotel is value for money at €5 per day unlimited usage and is quite an experience and runs every 20 mins. This is useful as there is only 1 taverna within walking distance. Plenty of cash points within walking distance and car hire and super market next to hotel.

Walked to the hotel from the airport, easily. A less than one minute very early morning cab ride to the airport was overpriced, but it was too early to walk (still dark).
The actual stay at the hotel was fine with the exception of the noise from the street. This made it impossible to open the balcony doors for fresh air and it was very warm so had to use AC, which I dislike.

We arrived at the hotel, which is nice from
Reception but this hotel is clearly not a five star by any standards. Near airport 15 euros by taxi.
Is very basic also the food at hotel but breakfast was ok. The lift to the beach is tiny and very hot and the beach is really not great and pebbles so I had to wear flip flops and you have to pay 8 euros for set of beds and umbrella a day by beach, pool
A bus outside hotel takes you to centre for 1.70 euros each way and takes about 10-15 mins.
Our room had a problem with the air con and the smell was absolutely awful that we had to move rooms in the middle of the night, I am pregnant so was not happy at all.
You can see and hear plans flying over and our first room faced the run way which the hotel call the lake view.
It was quite relaxing for a week all in all but that was enough. If you have children with you there is no entertainment for them at all. We got quite a cheap deal but if I had paid a lot I wouldn't be happy.

The island's elegant capital, Corfu Town centres on the Spianada, a large, well-kept green where locals play cricket, and the Liston, a 19th-century, French-designed arcade housing old-fashioned cafes. Guarded by two massive fortresses, the Italianate old town is a warren of old churches, smart boutiques and traditional tavernas. There is a busy port and large yachting marina on the waterfront. Daily excursions run across the channel to Albania.
