For a 4 stars hotel could be better
Overall was good but for a 4 stars hotel I’m expecting more. They could give welcoming water in room, They gave coffee pods only the first day and then no more, housekeeping never washed our coffee cups we used the first day, they left the coffee cup dirty during all our stay. They change the towels every 2 days, and never changed the bedding, we stayed 5 days in the hotel 😖

Good location,but car is needed.
It was good stay at Aquamarine hotel from 1st June. It was only us two for first few days,but despite that hotel operated as usual(pool bar was open and restaurant/canteen operated as usual,so all this just for two of us!!),but few days after hotel was fully packed with tourists.Hotel manager was very polite and informative,all staff took good care of us,and we really appreciate that. We had half board accommodation,our room was in the front of the pool. Food was OK,some traditional dishes was very interesting to try. Beer at the pool bar was €3 for small glass,fizzy drinks €3.50 per can. There is a small shop down the hill where all essential stuff is sold (including beer €1 per can :D ). Location was perfect for us because we had a car,but without car it might be a bit more complicated to travel. There is a small beach about 10-15min walking,so depends what you after. We travelled whole island and wasn't very keen to stick to the pool or chill on the beach,so location was OK. In general we really liked our stay in this hotel (how often you get whole hotel just for you two :D ) Staff is really doing their best to keep you happy. Hotel would be even better if there was drinking water freely accessable at the canteen, maybe some entertainment such as big projector outside for movies or some life music would do a trick.there was only few car parking spaces,so in busy time might need to park on the road.

The hotel staff are very accommodating especially the restaurant manager Jenny. She wants to make sure that each guest feels welcome and attended to individually. The hotel manager was so generous for allowing me to stay for 2 more hours after their 12 o’clock check out time since my scheduled flight is 6:40 pm. The hotel’s evening buffet is a worthwhile experience as well, I would say that all the popular Corfu dishes they served are so delicious, very authentic. Thank you Corfu Residence Hotel. I am planning to go back to Corfu because of your excellent service.

Night receptionist very friendly, helpful, clean, quite big and renovated rooms, although food was very poor, especially for the vegetarians, very limited choices and night DJ - barmen always kept music loud till midnight !

Hotel was in a very nice quiet location. It rises up from the main road but not too much to walk up. Rooms clean and basic with included air conditioning. Good pool with bar and great views over sea. Food was typical buffet but always good choice although similar most days. Small pebble beach 10 minutes walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had problems with room but was quickly sorted. On main bus route going north and south of island.

Hotel Corfu Residence
Hotels.com/uk gave us the wrong phone number as well as saying there is no front desk at Corfu Residence in the information they sent us. Incorrect, someone is there 24 hours. The hotel is so- so, the bathroom floor did not look very clean, the bathroom window frame in bad condition but no problem closing it. Main problem, the beds were very hard though some may not mind this. The air conditioning worked fine. Breakfast ok but eggs a bit oily and bacon not crisp. We were only there for bed and breakfast. Overall, hotel not great but friendly staff and bathroom door handle which broke was fixed quickly.Pretty coastline and views best experienced by boat.

Needs renovation and good management
This apart-hotel is certainly very far from 4 stars even according to pretty loose Greek hotel standards. Buildings, rooms and common areas once apparently nice and tidy now look derelict and in desperate need for repair and upkeep. Meanwhile, the hotel's secluded location appeared to be particularly good for us - on the foothills of Mt. Pantokratos, surrounded by olive-wood - and panoramic view from our balcony was breathtaking. Indeed, the view appeared to be the best thing about the hotel. Breakfast was scanty and always the same, without any fruit or veg. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed regularly but not the bedsheets. Furniture was in poor condition and fridge was smelly with broken light and handle. Small TV with dozen of Greek channels and only one in English. Two AC in our apartment seemed to be working but we didn't use them. Bathroom was OK but the flush handle in the toilet was missing so we had to improvise. A soap was provided, but not the shower gel or shampoo. The set of kitchen tools and utensils was very basic, but when we asked for something like knife, kettle or extra plates we were given it immediately. So, overall, it wasn't too bad and we truly enjoyed our 2-week stay. But to avoid disappointment it is best to consider Corfu Residence as sort of 2* hotel or typical unstarred apartments that are in abundance around and many are in better condition not that overpriced.

The facility was beautiful, comfort was ok and the staff was ok. I felt one primary staff member was a little abrasive and did not enjoy him. The room was roomy but the bed was very uncomfortable.

Hotellet ligger på ett magiskt ställe, nära till stranden. Busshållplatsen är vid huvudentrén bussen tar dig till hela ön typ. Resturang med väldigt god mat lagom variationer grekisk färsk och väldigt snälla och välkomnande personal i matsalen. Kvinnorna på receptionen skulle kanske kunna le och detsamma gäller bartender. Bra städning, isolering och fin ren pool. Highly recommended.

The pool area was clean and nice with a beautiful view. Our room was a bit dark and I think it was not one of their best rooms. The air conditioner worked fine and room was cleaned every day, which felt nice. On sunday there was a good band playing on the pool area. We enjoyed much for the price we paid.

Buona posizione con fermata del bus sotto l’hotel, qualità prezzo ottima, cibo abbondante e di qualità. Lati negativi: spiaggia vicina piccolissima e sempre piena, poco intrattenimento e scarsi i servizi nel paese, stanze datate. Nel complesso ok come base per visitare l’isola, ma è obbligatorio spostarsi altrimenti non si vede quasi nulla.

Het hotel was super slecht gelegen en de kamer was vol schimmel en over geverfd wat schandalig is kuisen kwamen ze niet doen het ontbijt trok op niets en personeel was van niets geïnformeerd over het eiland dus je kon er niets aan vragen in verband met activiteiten erg dat dit dan een zogezegde 4 sterren is

Esperienza non del tutto positiva l'arrivo è stato semplicissimo il bus lascia proprio sotto il residence, il problema principale è stato la camera con porta a vetri con il sole che praticamente ti svegliava alle 7 del mattino, un bagno di 1mq senza esagerare e con un lavabo praticamente inesistente la doccia non aveva ne un box doccia ne una tendina ma tutto aperto impossibile non allagare il bagno, problemi anche con lo scarico del bagno abbiamo sentito anche altre coppie stesso problema, cosi abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e abbiamo avuto un altra camera il giorno dopo con lo stesso problema( la prima camera che ci è stata data è stata data a sua volte a tre coppie diverse in tre giorni e tutte hanno chiesto il cambio) solo il bagno piu grande e con un box doccia. La mezza pensione ci dava diritto alla colazione che era abbondante e alla cena discreta simpaticissima la signora che sta all'entrata del ristorante. ci domandiamo ancora perche ci portavo un bicchiere per volta d acqua per volta e non una caraffa. Il ragazzo della reception della mattina non sa risolvere nemmeno un minimo problema quindi se avete richieste chiedete del manager almeno lui se puo vi accontenterà. Piscina piena di api durante il giorno ma la sera si sta molto bene con il bar dove un caffe se cosi si puo chiamare costa 3€.

SENKINEK SEM AJÁNLOM EZT A SZÁLLODÁT!!! AZ ALL-INCLUSIVE CSAK Az OLCSÓ ITALRA VONATKOZIK, ENNI SEMMI !!! Szállodától tengerpartra gyalog menni életveszélyes!!! A vezetőség és személyzet teljes érdektelensége és üres ígérgetésiről szót a teljes tartózkodásunk. Megérkezésünkkor, a szoba tisztasága annyi volt, hogy az ágyneműk tiszták voltak. Ezen kívül: - nem volt felmosva de még porszívózva sem, recsegett a homok a talpunk alatt, az a homok, amit nem mi hordtunk be a szobába - több pókhálóval találkoztunk a helységekben - a szoba egy egyszerű, másolható kulccsal nyitható, a szállás adottsága alapján, bárki visszajárhat másolt kulcsokkal és mások szobájába simán bejuthat - sok helyen voltak a falak ujjnyi széles repedések - az ágy matracok kemények és elhasználtak - a teraszajtó nem zárható biztonságosan, és mivel az utcáról, minden probléma nélkül be lehet lépni a teraszra, onnan pedig egy gyerek is be tudná nyomni a teraszajtót - a fürdőszoba kb. 1.5 m2, a wc és a zuhany között 10cm van, de nincs zuhanykabin, sem függöny, zuhanynál ujjnyi repedések a falon, abszolút retró !!! - a légkondik zajosak, kattognak - a teljes szálláson erős csatorna/szennyvíz szag terjeng, de ez megszokottnak mondták Ellátás: - műanyag poharakban adják az innivalót, az üvegpoharak ocsmányan vízkövesek - étel kielégítő de CSAK alap kaják!!!

L’esperienza in questo hotel è stata terribile, camere pessime e pulizia inesistente.ogni cosa che si chiedeva in reception la risposta era “devo parlare con il manager”. Il manager?uno che se vede che si è in difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio e si crea caos davanti al suo hotel, rimane seduto senza far nulla. La cosa peggiore però è la pulizia inesistente!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una intera settimana, purtroppo la condizione igienica era pessima, si limitavano solo al cambio degli asciugamani e anche dopo la nostra lamentela alla reception, nulla è cambiato, il bagno non è dotato di bidet ed il lavandino era minuscolo, non era nemmeno possibile lavare un costume. Abbiamo scelto una stanza con vista su giardino, ma il giardino era semplicemente un rettangolo di 1 m x 2 non curato con la sola presenza delle erbacce. Il tutto non corrispondente con le foto del sito.

Schöne location, renovierungsbedürftige Anlage
Diese Anlage hat ihren besten Tage schön längst hinter sich. Die Zimmer/Apartments sind zwar relativ groß aber stark renovierungsbedürftig. Positiv zu bewerten sind die Parkmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Komplekses, relativa nahe am Zimmer/Wohnung. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts gab es kein warmes Wasser und wir mussten kalt duschen. Das Frühstück war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, jeden Tag gleich, phantasielos und sehr langweilig. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und und der nähe gibt es schöne Strände, allerdings ist diese Anlage das Geld nicht Wert.

Gia' tutto detto nel titolo. Avrebbe bisogno di profonda ristrutturazione e ammodernamento. Le 4 stelle sono una chimera per questo residence, evidente che il titolare se le e' attribuite ed nessuno gli lo ha impedito. Anche la pulizia delle camere lascia molto a desiderare. Scadente in qualita' e quantita' la prima colazione. Posizione ottima e bella vista dal terrazzo sono le uniche note positive.

L'impatto iniziale è stato piacevole in quanto il residence gode di una magnifica posizione con vista sul mare in una zona tranquilla dell'isola. Una volta entrati nell'appartamento però ci siamo subito resi conto del cattivo stato in cui versa la struttura: serramenti vecchi e con parti mancanti, mobili usurati, ma soprattutto condizioni igieniche davvero pessime, in particolare quelle del bagno che abbiamo provveduto a disinfettare personalmente ogni giorno con prodotti adatti che abbiamo dovuto acquistare in loco a nostre spese. Il personale delle pulizie, tra l'altro, non era attrezzato di alcun tipo di detergente e utilizzava solo acqua e un "mocio" lercio ( che probabilmente veniva usato per "pulire" tutti gli appartamenti del residence). Inoltre il balcone non è mai stato pulito e più volte ci è toccato svuotare il contenitore condensa dell'aria condizionata per evitare che si allagasse il terrazzo. Il cambio degli asciugamani è avvenuto solo dopo sei giorni su nostra richiesta e quello delle lenzuola una volta in tredici notti. Tra l'altro nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato più volte insetti di vario genere (cavallette giganti e cicale) incastrate anche nei serramenti.

Hotel ma troszkę braków, na śniadanie nawet nie było tego co wyspa oferuje najlepszego czyli pomidory, ogórki czy fantastyczne owoce. Dziwne zachowania obsługi, typu ze państwo z all inclusive nie mogą teraz dostać lodów czy czegoś do picia tylko za godzinę, albo zeby nie rozkładać parasola bo za duży wiatr gdzie był w normie. Łącze wi-fi tragiczne, po sprawdzeniu okazało sie ze na taki hotel prędkość wynosiła 500 mb. Nie mowię zeby miał byc jakis mega szybki, nie pojechałam tam z zamiarem przesiadywania przy internecie ale nie dało sie nawet sprawdzić skrzynki mailowej. Poza tym nie było tak zle, jak to mówią zawsze może byc gorzej ;)

Discreto residence per famiglie
Residence in posizione molto tranquilla, piu' adatto a famiglie che a giovani. Il personale e' gentile ma un po' disorganizzato. Note negative: il forte odore di cibo che si sente stando in piscina per la vicinanza del tubo di scarico dei fumi della cucina. Nella cucina dell'appartamento mancavano le pentole per cucinare e abbiamo faticato x ottenerne una. Colapasta non disponibile. La tv in camera non ha antenna satellitare, si vedono solo i canali greci. Pulizie: così così. Collegamento Wifi funzionante a singhiozzo. Il buffet offerto per colazione e cena e modesto. Segnalo pero' l'estrema economicità (10 euro per adulto e i bimbi non pagano). Lo consiglierei a chi ha un buon spirito di adattamento.

Cet hotel dans la baie de Nissaki ( 30 Kms nord-est de Corfou ) est un peu désuet, les chambres sont propres mais d'un autre temps. La piscine sans interet . La cuisi ne proposée ( breakfast et diner passable mais sans grand interet Cet hotel aurai besoin d'un bon coup de jeunesse, le personnel est assez dévoué et sympathique

Ro og fred med nærhet til strand og opplevelser
Godt fornøyd etter ei uke med mor/datter ferie. Datter på 15 oså fornøyd. Vi ankom på ugunstig tid ( kl 05.00 morgen/natt) Men Angela kom og loset oss til rommet. Hun hadd hørt taxien ! Kjempeservice. AVreise var like ugunsstig, men for en rimelig penge fikk vi beholde rommet til avries kl 0200 og hotellet fikset taxi. Greit å reise med buss til shopping og severdigheter. Forøvrig en meget fredelig og rolig uke i hyggelige omgivelser. Få minutter å spasere til liten og hyggelig strand. Stort rom og bra rengjøring. Air condtion fungerte bra og det var nødvendig med over 30 grader varmt hver dag. Hotellets service var god, med tilgang til internett og velvilje når vi trengte guiding til buss o.l. Ingen "Pool bar" eller aktiviteter på hotellet, men kort vei til bar/taverna i nærheten. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Dejligt familiested - tæt på strand
Et overraskende godt lejlighedshotel. Skøn mad, fantastisk udsigt, lækker bar-terrasse. Roligt sted for familieferie. Søde værter og god rengøring. Dog mangler der lidt service ved servering i restaurant samt i bar-område. Venligt personale, men ikke uddannet tjenere og man skal ikke forvente at de kan mikse diverse smarte drinks. Til gengæld er de meget søde ved børn og giver lidt ekstra der.
