Varvara: Beach House with A/C, stunning views

Varvara is a typical Corfu beach house, nestled right on the seaside of Koyevinas Beach, in a very quiet area of Kassiopi, ideal for a family or party of four, seeking a holiday where the beach and the sun is the focus.

The villa comprises of two bedrooms, beach terrace with ideal settings for admiring the open sea and it is a real gem, hidden away from the lively surrounded beaches, but also so close to them all.

Varvara consists of a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, a family bathroom and two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin.
The lounge houses a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into an extra single bed (for a child of up to 12 years of age) and a dining area. The doors open onto the front balcony and terrace, just two steps away from the pebbly beach.

A lovely week
We were looking for a place to relax and switch off for a week. Varvara hit the spot perfectly - right by the water's edge, not surrounded by hoards of other properties, and a simple, lovely walk in to Kassiopi for a morning coffee or an evening drink. We loved it.

Lovely villa on the beach!
Lovely villa, great location on the sea with a beautiful quiet beach, perfect for snorkelling. Great location, very near to the great town of Kassiopi. Villa is well equipped with everything you need, a great choice for a relaxing holiday in Corfu!

Amazing location
The location of the property is out of this world, it is like having your private beach! There is enough shade throughout the day if you wish to remain in the shade, and of course, there are plenty of opportunities to get under direct sunshine, if you wish. The property itself is very well managed, you always feel looked after, it is cleaned and tidied every other day as soon as you go on an outing. The owner is a next-door, so you can ask for advice and help any time.

A little dream beach house
We absolutely loved this beach house and the beautiful crystal clear sea And the beautiful flowered terrace Really didn't want too leave and we are all ready planning a return We would also like too mention the owners who live next-door so friendly and kind but never intuitive. Superb location
Stunning location right on the beach. The house is by the water's edge. Have never stayed anywhere so close to the sea! Garden is a lovely sun trap with lots of flowers and foliage. Inside its simply furnished but its all very practical and the beds are very comfortable. The hosts (who live next door) were extremely helpful and really made our holiday pass without a hitch. Will definitely be back. Thanks.

The villa is right on a secluded pebble beach with beautiful clear waters. The owner lives next door and is on hand if anything is needed but not intrusive. It’s a 20 min walk into Kassiopi which is a lovely town with plenty of nice restaurants round the harbour. We loved it and would definitely recommend it and come back again.

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen
Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach nur traumhaft! Der Blick von der Terrasse mit den wunderschönen Blumen und dem Meer atemberaubend! Die Unterkunft ist perfekt zum entspannen, überall gibt es gemütliche Sitzecken und man hat sogar seine privaten Liegen direkt am Strand stehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt auch einen Grill. Sehr nette Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen. Wir haben sogar frisch gefangenen Fisch von Ihnen geschenkt bekommen. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern.
