"I stay at this hotel regularly as there is a safe area within the grounds to park my

float. The room was very quiet despite being close to the noisy reception area. Once inside our room we couldn't hear a sound from outside - great for a good night's sleep. Check-in was very slow. One staff member dealing with a queue of at least 8 people as guests (including us) were arriving, taking about 3-5 mins per guest - much more for groups. It took about 40 minutes for the manager to get his arse...
