The oprporty offers unlimited snacks (eg fig bars, protein bars) and drinks (eg water, fruit juices) in the lobby. In the morning, they have a gtab and go breakfast (eg pastries, fruit, yogurt). Plenty of parking. The rooms are not insulated for noise so depending on the side of the building you can get some street noise. No elevator, keep this in mind if you are unable to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs...but I bet the staff would assist too. They are friendly. Will I stay again at the seasider? Yes I would."
