About this property
Drake's Hideaway @Aspen Hollow: Luxury Tiny Cabin near Glacier National Park
Luxurious studio-style hideaway on a secluded, 3-acre property just 7 miles from from Glacier National Park. Away from the noise & crowds but convenient to parks, towns, & amenities. This one-of-a-kind handcrafted cabin is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to relax in style after the day's adventures.
Reclaimed old growth cedar, handcrafted live-edge details, lush amenities, and a peaceful property make this an unforgettable, upscale home base for your Montana adventures.
Named after Drake, our beloved chocolate lab who "helped" throughout the build (i.e., was in the way the entire time), this lovingly hand-built cabin welcomes you with memorable "rustic luxury" throughout.
The 420 sq. ft. main room features a queen bed with a custom, reclaimed barnwood headboard inspired by Mt. Cleveland in Glacier National Park. A memory foam topper, down-alternative pillows, and powerful A/C ensure a peaceful night's rest.
Past the bed, a sliding barn door opens to the large, spa-like bathroom, featuring a spacious slate tile shower with rain shower head, heated tile floors, handmade live-edge vanity with adjustable lighted mirror, and local all-natural toiletries.
On the other end of the cabin you'll find a full kitchen with 2-burner gas cooktop, ice maker, full-height refrigerator, and all the basics you'll need to enjoy a real home-cooked meal (plus a few fun extras). There is a 2-person dining table inside, or you can relax at the outdoor table & chairs on the covered porch. Drake's Hideaway also includes dog bowls and toys, a propane BBQ grill, and your own smokeless campfire stove and chairs to relax into the night.
There is wifi throughout the property and a smart TV is available for you to log in to your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Spotify, etc.).
Much of the material used in this cabin was salvaged from a 100-year old barn we dismantled piece by piece, discovering the spectacular old-growth cedar from so many years ago. In its new life the character of the barnwood brings a rustic beauty to your surroundings unlike any other stay.
The partially-wooded property itself is great for relaxing after your day, walking dogs, playing yard games, and enjoying the views. This location was once a large herb farm, so you may discover oregano and other familiar herbs now growing wild throughout the area.
You are welcome to explore the entire property during your stay, though we ask that you respect the privacy of any RV campers onsite as mentioned below. There is a workshop area and tool storage shed which is off limits to guests and monitored via security cameras.
There are also two RV campsites on the property, so there may be other guests nearby during your stay. If you are curious about the campsites or more about the property please visit AspenHollowMontana dot com, or AspenHollowCabins on social media.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location! We had a wonderful stay here. We loved that it was secluded and away from the main road and its noise, but close enough to the park that we felt like we were already in it. We even saw a deer on the grounds! The cabin itself was perfect. Truly a home away from home! Very clean, stocked with lots of basic kitchen supplies (we were happy for this since we forgot a few things,) comfy bed, and the shower was awesome! We really appreciated the locally made shampoo/conditioner/body wash and room spray. The host was very accommodating and offered advice or suggestions on what to do around the area during our stay. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay in Glacier, and we will keep this cabin in mind on our next trip to the park.
