You can feel and see the wind coming in from the door room. Curtains do not close in a way to have absolute privacy. A/c was very weak as well, and the floor was cleaned with a solution that left it very sticky. No ice box machine had to go ask for you it. Used two towels to close the room door from the wind.

The room looked nothing like the picture of the "superior room". It was clean but very cheap looking. The bathroom, on the other hand, was modern and quite nice. The TV had no reception and the WiFi was iffy. The grounds around the complex was filled with cigarette butts and decorated with dumpsters. The stairs going up to our floor was rickety. Staff was nice. Restaurant on the property was closed for the season. The room, well, it suited my purpose but wouldn't stay there again.

Office person was absolutely LOVELY! Bathroom smelled like mildew, bottom shelf of vanity had a screw laying on the floor so shelf was clearly not stable, hair dryer was half melted, pillows were like bricks, and security cameras at top of stairs were dangling by wires. House keeping staff was extremely loud yelling from upstairs to downstairs having a conversation, that wasn’t terrible until one leaned over the rail to talk some more and empty corona bottles fell out of of the box smashing down in front of the rooms below. They all thought this was hysterical as the one downstairs (also laughing) was sloppily sweeping it up. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

Bring ear plugs!
Hotel was clean enough. A basic hotel, we only needed to stay 1 night. We had 3 rooms for family. We did not get much sleep. Walls are paper thin and our neighbors decided to do karaoke ALL night long. Loud music, caterwauling which started up at 5 am. We were too tired to go find a manager. The other 2 rooms did not have this experience.

Door lock was broken and malfunctioning. Safe didn't lock though it said it did. Shower broken out of ceiling, had to point by hand bad for short people. Toilet seat unsecured. Pros: Bed was good, overall shower, sink, and clothing rack were good. Staff was friendly, good location. Overall for the market things need to be improved. Wanted to go there after years, but may not use again. Not recommended for women travelling alone until doors and safes fixed. Little bit of improvements would go a long way.

We have stayed at this particular hotel several times for the only reason of it's location being near an event my boyfriend and I like to attend every year. The hotel itself has been badly renovated, there is always something wrong with the bathrooms from a faucet almost falling off, a light that will not turn off, and mysterious water on the floor that would keep appearing from who knows where! Rooms smell of cigarettes, slamming doors all night long, people screaming and arguing, does not feel safe, no breakfast options whatsoever. I don't know if I would stay here again even for the proximity! All around awful experience.

Can you say DIRTY! Upon walking in our room the smell was horrible and my allergies immediately kicked in. Spotted 3 cockaroachs with the first 10 mins in the room. We checked in about 1230am immediately started searching for another room but was late so we had no choice we went to a 24hr cvs for a candle and a can of lysol. Came back to find 2 more cockaroaches. In the morning we also found 3 more the biggest onewas in the bathroom and was about the size of a quarter. The bed was uncomfortable and only 3 small pillows the size of throw pillows for a king sized bed. The lighting was awful especially in the bathroom it was like neon lighting try doing your makeup for a wedding in there. We had booked for 2 nights andended up only staying the one night due to the bugs. Wasted money. Horrible experience.
