### Unique Houseboat on the Water – Stay Like a True Copenhagener

Ever dreamed of waking up to the gentle sound of water and views across the harbor – right in the heart of Copenhagen? Welcome to my charming houseboat on Refshaleøen, just steps away from the famous Reffen Street Food Market.  
  
This cozy 23 m² studio apartment is built in a container-style houseboat and includes a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well insulated and features underfloor heating throughout, allowing you to easily control the temperature and stay warm and cozy even during the cold winter months.  
  
On top, you’ll find a spacious rooftop terrace – perfect for your morning coffee, sunbathing, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.  
  
The apartment is located directly on the water, with swimming access and free use of a kayak and SUP board during your stay.  
  
Just a 2-minute walk away is Reffen – a world-renowned street food market with delicious food from all over the globe. Nearby you’ll also find Hart Bageri, the acclaimed bakery connected to the Michelin-starred Noma restaurant.  
  
Public transportation is easily accessible, with both buses and harbor ferries taking you straight into the city center.  
  
This is my personal home, so you’ll find some of my belongings here. I simply ask that you treat the space with care and respect. Fresh towels and bed linens will, of course, be provided for your stay.  
  
If you want to experience Copenhagen like a local – and live right on the water – this is the place for you.

Location was advertised as a house boat, but was actually part of a complex of converted shipping containers. Amenities and host were fine, but for the price and how it was shown, it was not accurate.Pro’s - location. -Walking distance to Reffen, with 50 food trucks- close proximity to a lot of great locations.- end of pier has water taxi/ferry - should have been a selling point- close to lots of bike rentals- renter was very accommodating and communicative Cons- this rental was a one room apartment, similar to a dorm room size was not exactly what we were expecting . The size of room was buried in the details- advertised as having a washer and dryer accessible- it was broken and one of the primary reasons we had chosen this location- bathroom was tiny and was a makeshift shower that was barely adequate space for one person along side the toilet-picture attached shows example of side of rental

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Schnelle Antwort auf Rückfragen und gute Tipps für den Trip. Das Hausboot von Victor ist super gelegen, mit Badeinsel und Dachterrasse. Mit dem Wasserbus in 10 Minuten in Nyhaven und vieles auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
