### Modern Minimalist Apartment with Panoramic Views

The Space  
This modern apartment combines clean Scandinavian design with comfort. Large windows fill the living room with natural light and offer sweeping views across Copenhagen. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, and a dedicated workspace. The private balcony provides a spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink while overlooking the city.  
  
The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom comes with a double bed, while the second bedroom offers a single bed. Both are designed for a good night’s rest.  
  
The Neighbourhood  
The apartment is located in a well-connected area with a metro station, train lines, and buses just 5–10 minutes away on foot. A supermarket is right across the street, and cafés and restaurants are nearby. From the living room and balcony, you can see the city skyline, and on some evenings even Tivoli’s fireworks.  
No outdoor shoes inside please - the floors are brand new
