There a good sized bathroom and an open floorplan with kitchen, dining area and living area. Access to the balcony from the living room - and from the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are of a good size and with storage, one furnished with a 180 continental bed, and the other with a 140 continental bed. The property is gated and it lies secluded from the street to give you maximum privacy and comfort. And if your private balcony does not cut it, you will have access to a huge roof-top terrace.
