Worst bed ever.
Worst bed I ever slept in. Feathers in pillow and duvet. Cleaness was OK but only saw the cleaner 2 times in 5 days. Location and staff was great but not a hotel for my liking.

Location wise this hotel is good, easy walking distance and 2 stops from the airport. But wouldn’t return nor recommend - hotels very dated, overlooks train tracks and it’s very noisy at all hours, can’t sleep with the window open due to noise and the rooms are boiling. Curtains don’t shut so as soon as daylight hits your awake. Very spongey beds. Tiny lift, nowhere near big enough for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Couldn’t get food in the hotel as it’s being used for refugees, no issue with that at all but odd they offer breakfast included rates but can’t honour it!

First we have stayed at many MERCURE properties in Europe but this was deceiving as it was a MERCUR and affiliated with the prior. Hence the description did not also tell me that they were going thru a major renovation. We booked two nights but had to leave after one. The staff was very accommodating but the facility left little to be desired.

We booked a room for 3 adults, the third bed wasn't made up nor was bedding provided. After requesting the bedding only bottom sheet and pillows provided. Had to contact reception multiple times to get the full 3rd set of bedding and towels and left to make the bed up ourselves. Safe didn't work. After towels were changed mid-stay only 2 sets were provided so had to again request 3rd set. Access cards stopped working part way through the stay. Storage in the room was extremely poor, no drawers and only 4 hangers. Finally the attitude of the reception staff was extremely poor.

A lot of Quality inspection to be done
The rooms need a thorough cleaning and there were stains in the room that could have been cleaned with some effort but overlooked(room 505). The shower had a trickle of of water coming in, needs replacement and I am surprised how they let it still be the way it is. The Iron box had all exposed wires hanging out and it could have been a disaster if it had any contact with the iron board, I had to be super careful when I was using the same. I wonder how they offered this to the customer without the slightest regard for customer safety. Breakfast was the only saving grace.
