The apartment is located on a high floor with a large balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that open the living room and both bedrooms directly to the water. Enjoy the light, the tranquility, and the view throughout the day, while the vibrant city unfolds before you. The 116 m2 apartment is tastefully decorated in a Nordic, modern style with natural materials and warm tones. It offers three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds – all featuring large windows and access to balconies overlooking the canal. The open-plan kitchen and living area is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a washer-dryer column with high-quality appliances. An elevator takes you directly from the street level and private underground parking to the apartment floor. Private parking in the building’s garage can be added for 25 euros per day. Perfect for families, couples, or business travelers seeking a stylish and comfortable base close to water, city, and culture. We are usually very flexible when it comes to early check-in or at least to store luggage from 10:30 AM on check-in day, depending on when the previous guests leave. Everything worked well. The parking was very secure and easy to access. Good access to shopping, restaurants and an enjoyable 20 minute walk to the old town. The only recommendation we have is more towels for the bathroom (received 1 each) and updating of pots and pans to cook with. Perhaps add a frying pan. Licht geht nur über die sehr dunklen Nachttischleuchten - im Winter bei der langen Dunkelphase ist das schon gewöhnungsbedürftig.- Ausstatung in der Küche: Besteck ist schon da, aber weitere Utensilien, wenn man gerne selber kochen möchte, sollte man sich mitbringen, z.B. scharfe Messer, oder eine Kaffeemaschine (die Vorhandene ist defekt). Dann auch gerne Töpfe mitbringen, denn die in den Schränken sind sehr dreckig; Angebranntes Innen und Außen verderben einen den Appetit; wir haben auch versucht sie zu reinigen, aber keine Chance...- das Sofa auf dem Wohnzimmerbild ist die einzige Sitzmöglichkeit (außer den Küchenstühlen).
