"This was a great location and our room looked at the water. Beds were comfy. Front desk efficient but not so friendly. In the middle of everything. We could walk to so many places. The breakfast is PHENOMENAL! Everything you might want to eat. Do not miss it! I didn’t like that they stored the linens in the hall between each beautiful stone pillar. They are doing a little renovation so maybe that’s it? Not a fan of the shower. No tub or surround so water is everywhere afterwards. Thx "

With the gold status as an Expedia’s member, we got a free room upgrade and free use of The Lounge where we can have free alcohol and non alcohol drinks and some snacks during 2pm until 9pm. We will stay again if we go to Copenhagen next time"

"Very conveniently located in the city. Less than a mile walking distance to most of the major sites. A short five minute walk away from the metro. We loved the complimentary drink at cozy hour and the cafe downstairs that served breakfast and coffee. Never took advantage of being able to rent umbrellas or bicycles but we were glad those options were available to us if needed. We felt very safe walking around the area at night. I went for a morning run during my stay and was able to run around the canal and through the botanical gardens and Rosenberg Castle which were all nearby. The room was a little small but had more than enough space for our things. Overall a very good experience."

"Room was very small (think small cruise ship room) but was very clean and certainly adequate. Had everything we needed. Easy 5 minute walk to 2 different metro stations, and many of the local sites in Copenhagen. Also had lockers for us to store our luggage after we checked out so we could tour longer the day of our departure. Would stay here again!"
