Standard two-star property with some dirt and grime in the corners. Breakfast, but didn't put out bagels until we asked. Were helpful when the TV didn't work. Clean tub and sheets, small room. A good stop when we were desperate for sleep. A bit overpriced for the facilities.

Hotel was listed with breakfast, the only breakfast was a cup of coffee. Room was smelly. TV didn’t work properly. No soap or toilet paper in the room.

I don't expect much from a 2 star motel, but when the floor is so filthy that your socks turn black, there's something to be said. Room also smelled like musty smoke, which was quickly remedied by cleaning the air filters in the cooling/heating unit. Next time just leave cleaning supplies so I don't have to use your towels as a mop, or the bed throws as area rugs

Don’t stay here! When I went to take a shower and was rinsing my hair, I noticed two huge spots of black mold on the ceiling. I went and complained. The second room they showed me had the beginnings of mold and the third room smelled. I decided to go to another hotel, and they refused to give me my money back.

- The room has multiple stains and discolorations on that white sheets combined with a smell on the sheets and pillows that indicated they were not washed. - The towel rack back fell off the wall immediately. - The room itself had an off door and smell of smoke that had been attempted to be cleaned up with deodorizers. - The TV unit also did not work. This was all notice immediately when checking in and I returned to the desk to request a refund. A second room was showed which was also dirty, had stains and hair on the sheets and overall was not acceptable. When we got back to the desk they said they couldn't issue an immediate refund and I would have to request one through Expedia. I asked if I could reenter the room I paid for in order to take pictures for the refund request and the front desk called their manager and ultimately said no, but they could reverse the check-in in their system to make it seem like I never checked. When I said that isn't helpful and politely insisted I be able to take pictures of the room, the manager on the phone instructed the front desk to order me to leave and to call the cops if I did not.

Simple
This is a simple motel. Whenever I travel alone to Albany for a conference, this is the hotel I book. The price is cheaper than most in the area. Its a place to sleep at night and shower. If that is all you need, this hotel is ok for you.

Did not feel safe when we arrived as there was a man standing in the parking lot screaming into his phone for at least 15 minutes. He did not look like a guest. The room was tiny and floor needed some repairs. The bed was stained. The towels were also stained. There was only a tiny bar of soap.

The property is old but clean. The staff was very helpful and the bed was comfortable. The amenities are minimal. The breakfast was cereal and coffee. We were only spending the night for an early doctor visit so this was perfect. We didn't want to spend a fortune for a clean bed and shower for one night.

Both Expedia and this hotel lie on their advertising. For a no show, the penalty is first night. I couldn’t make it for a 2 night stay and I am still refused a refund for the second night.

It was terrible! The room was very old, dark and smelled of smoke, even though we had to pay extra to get a non-smoking room. We apparently were given the deluxe king room. If the room had not been non-refundable, we would have left

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

It was very comfortable and accurate just like in the pictures. The bedroom was spacious. I would only suggest an air purifier or aromatic because it smells like old.
