There was no hot water and required me to contact the Property manager to locate the hot water heater and turn on unit. There were also dirty dishes in the dish washer upon arrival. The primary access to the basement lower level bedrooms has a very unsafe railing that requires replacement. Our primary purpose of the trrip was to snowmobile. i was told be the property Manager that the Cabin was directly off trail #7 DNR snowmobile trail. This is not true. It is 8 miles from said trail #7 down a plowed county road 440\. If your plan is to snowmobile and not trailer from this location this cabin location is not it. Be sure to investigate actual GPS coordinates provided in Body of VRBO listing. Google Maps, Ways, Apple Maps does not even get you close to the Cabin.
