Designed for both comfort and style, this newly built holiday home is perfect for families and groups. The open-plan living area features a cozy lounge with Wi-Fi, a dining space ideal for shared meals, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors open to a generous outdoor deck, where you can fire up the BBQ, dine alfresco, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Bean bags can also be brought outside for reading and unwinding in the fresh air.  
  
With four well-appointed bedrooms, this retreat comfortably accommodates families and groups. The master features a king bed, while two bunk rooms each include two bunks and a single, ideal for kids. A fourth bedroom with a queen bed adds flexibility. Two modern bathrooms and a washing machine provide extra convenience. A dedicated TV den next to the kitchen, stocked with ample books and board games, can be closed off—creating the perfect space for kids to enjoy their own retreat.  
  
With off-street parking and a heat pump for year-round comfort, Pipi Palace makes for a stress-free escape. Step outside and explore everything Cooks Beach has to offer. The safe swimming beach is perfect for kayaking, boating, and leisurely dips, while nearby Shakespeare Cliff Historic Reserve offers stunning panoramic views over Mercury Bay. Take a short drive to iconic Hot Water Beach, where you can dig your own natural spa, or visit The Lost Spring, a hidden gem with thermal pools and luxurious spa treatments.
