It’s a low budget motel charging like they’re the Hilton. No amenities at all. It just feels like a clean dump. The covers have that used smell. The Interstate (I-20) is next to it and you can hear all the traffic 24/7.

I liked the price and the room was clean. when checking in the receptionist was rude. No coffee maker in room. The pool is full of sand, to the top. The front door locked at all times. Trash on the outside grounds.

my over all stay was great. But on the site its sayed 10$ for pet deposit but i was charged 20$ and your cleark can not count because ishe charged my card 12.25$ i gave her 4$ one dollers bills and 4$ dollers in change and she tells me i gave her six dollers i count it out agan and show her its 8$ dollers so in all i was over charged by 10.75$ and with the other guestin and out and moving tables around all night and then i could not get the wy-fy password. you know i had walked 15 miles and had the have my boss send me money to get that room i qas so tired i did not fill like doing any thing but resting but the room was great just your front desk people need better traing

The Jameson Hotel has a massive cockroach infestation. Upon entering the room, we saw and killed one. Within a half hour, five more were exterminated, including one crawling across our bed. The bedding didn't appear to have been laundered. There was a large cigar burn on the comforter, bug excrement remnants on the sheets, and blood on one of the pillows. The crowd that was entering other rooms were loud and disrespectful - slamming doors, blasting music from their vehicle and room, yelling, partying, etc. We were out of the room within an hour to book a different hotel, which was clean and comforting. The Jameson represents a 'rent by the hour' feel. I suppose you get what you pay for. I advise everyone to reconsider your options if you are seeking a hotel stay in the Conyers area. There are many fabulous alternatives to this dive.

I love the checkin process, he was very kind and professional. The room had no roaches. I didn’t like the warm water, dingy towels, or bathroom.

The hotel had so many stipulations that are supposed to be free for instance a key card for your room they going to charge you no room service after 3pm no continental breakfast they have signs everywhere stating about charging

To whom it may concernwe apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the high rising of people losing their key cards and asking for duplicates we get in trouble giving out more, and some point we will gonna run out. we charge for keys if we have given you extra two keys already and possibility you lost them somewhere. Regarding the breakfast we totally stopped the breakfast long time after and due the covid season.

Upon arrival, there was no restroom open for the public use..You couldn't enter in the building..Felt unsafe doing business through a window..No continental breakfast, no coffee in rooms, etc..Charged an extra,$10.00 fee for the 3rd guest, which I had already paid,when booked..I'd like a refund of my money..

Sorry for any inconvenience, Unfortunately as far as Covid concern, since then we closed the front lobby office and as far as the breakfast we stopped and no longer serving them in the morning completely. For another guest, we only allowed 1-2 people paid in the rate showed online. As you can see most of hotel policies charges extra person fees. You will see that from the excluded statement rates may applied after your reservation made online. Thankyou

They DO NOT clean those rooms like they should!!
The stay was ok. I had room service clean my room. I sat on the back of my truck, watching them. They (some lady and her kids)did not do a good job. I had to go buy a broom and everything to clean the room myself. At least, then I'd know my room was clean. This couple was staying in room 116, beside me. They got moved one morning at check out time. That night, the chick went back to 116, knocked on the door, and told the new people that her son had left his b.b. gun pistol in the microwave, and sure enough, after house keeping had "cleaned" the room, sure enough, it was still there. Shows how good they clean it, when someone checks out. The "manager" A.K.A the owner, that lives at the hotel, on the side the pool was on, kicked me out because my dog got sick.

Amenities included free breakfast on the website. Arrived and signs up saying no breakfast due to the Covid pandemic. Most other hotels are having breakfast and it’s been 2 years which is plenty of time to take free breakfast off your website. Quit advertising free breakfast or start serving it. Otherwise hotel was ok.

The property too close to interstate. which can't be helped. Road noise all night. No table and chairs in the room. No coffee maker. 1" gap below the door. Room was clean. I think it had been updated.

I would suggest you drive 100 more miles before you think of staying in this nasty place. Dirty sheets and pillowcases. Room had horrible odor. I walk out of room to cancel reservations for a refund in less than two minutes. I wouldn’t force my dog to stay there and he is an outside dog.

Clearly the hotel is in very poor condition. The dresser in my room was broken all three drawers. The room had a funky unsanitize odor. The check in girl had a very angry/nasty disposition. She wasn’t customer friendly at all. The pool was dirty and it’s a con. The towels were dinghy bedsheets atrocious. A minus star. The door to my room wouldn’t open. The television wasn’t working. Just ridiculous

It was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. Very clean and very large rooms I was very pleased and that will be the hotel we continue to stay at when we make our trips to visit family

Everything was okay but the room was infested with bedbugs I was eaten up by them I called the faciy and told them what had happened but the employee had said that someone would reach out to me and the neighbors was out of control.

Unfortunately my stay was during April 2020, during COVID 19. Understandably, the stay was wearing masks and gloves and the dining area was shut down for safety. I got a nice discount on the room using Hotels.com! I hope we all come out of this trying time in our country stronger and closer as a Nation!
