"The staff were so kind and so helpful when we arrived. The owner speaks excellent English and went out of her way to help us get settled and provide us with informative brochures about the town. The hotel has no elevator but was very pleasant."

Séjour de deux nuits du 13 au 15 Août 2025.
Premier jour : Le matin à 10H sur la terrasse de la chambre le patron nous interdit de prendre un jus de fruit et un gâteau sous prétexte qu'il paie du personne pour les petits déjeuners - en nous disant que le soir le repas est toléré … bref n'importe quoi mais nous nous exécutons, il y a en effet un petit logo sur la fiche des tarifs indiquant que les repas...
"Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel des 4 Vents. Owner was friendly - not sure if he speaks English; i conversed with him in French. We had a family room with excellent and quiet aircon. Linen etc changed upon request if you want. Lovely pool, which was a godsend in the very hot weather. We had breakfast one morning which was reasonable value,
But with 2 supermarkets and a boulangerie within 5 mins walk you mighr as well do your own - there is a table and chairs outside each room in a semi...
"Appartement bien agencé, propre. Déco super jolie et tendance. Bonne literie. Seul bémol, pas de "porte" au niveau de la mezzanine pour l'intimité des 2 lits. Et attention à la petite marche en haut de l'escalier.
Se parquer après être passé à l'appartement afin de récupérer la carte pour la gratuité du parking."

"On my way to Spain, I made my stop for the night at this maison.
The house is in an extremely quiet area and feels very relaxing.
The house itself shows its age, and the surroundings around it is farmers land I assume.
I had a room overlooking the pool, and the room was fine. Everything worked and was well maintained. The TV only had french stations so not worth watching.
I couldn't get the wifi to set up (due to my clumsiness?) so I used my own.
So please ask about it if you decide to stay...

"Nous sommes restés un WE en pleine canicule, hôtel très calme avec une Clim non bruyante, bon petit déjeuner dans un jardin très agréable à côté du canal. Proximité des remparts a peine dix minutes à pied. "
"Beautiful hotel,spacious room and bathroom, excellent bedding, welcoming staff.
We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool which was bigger than what we thought based on the pictures.
The courtyard is lovely spacious.
As onsite Parking was full when we checked in, the hotel lent us a discount card for a nearby parking which worked fine for us. Book parking ahead if you prefer to avoid walking.
If I had one recommendation to make would be for the hotel to find a solution for guests “reserving” sunbeds. In the end, we could not use them.

"The first room was excellent with beautiful bathroom facilities. Staff were extremely helpful in moving us to a balcony room which made our stay even more pleasant with a view of the pool. Only slight negative was the bathroom wasn’t upgraded in this room after we had been spoilt in the first. Still all very clean and nicely decorated. "
