Nestled on a high vantage point, this newly built, two-story home offers a touch of luxury with its thoughtful design, spacious interiors, and beautiful glimpses of the lake. Just a short 350m walk to Yooralla Bay Boat Ramp and Jetty.  
  
The upper level is the heart of Melody, featuring an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with large windows that flood the space with natural light. Step out onto the verandah, where alfresco dining and a BBQ area await.   
  
The upstairs master suite offers a retreat of its own, complete with an ensuite, walk-in robe, and a private balcony. Begin your day sipping tea on the balcony as you enjoy a peaceful view of the lake. The ground level provides three additional bedrooms, a main bathroom, and a cozy rumpus room, offering ample space for everyone to unwind.  
  
Melody is equipped with ducted air conditioning throughout, keeping each room comfortable year-round. Remote-controlled electronic blinds add a modern touch, while large windows invite light and beautiful outdoor scenery into every room.
