Just a 15-minute walk from Los Bateles beach and a few meters from the town center, you’ll find all essential services within easy reach: shops, bars, and restaurants. Located on the first floor of a building without a lift, the apartment offers a simple yet welcoming space, designed to provide rest and practicality during your stay. It has a small outdoor balcony where you can step out for some fresh air or let natural light in. The living room includes a dining table and a TV. The gas kitchen is equipped with basic utensils to cook comfortably. For sleeping, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. On warmer days, three standing fans are available and can be moved around the apartment as needed. You will also find a full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet. As for the surroundings, you can enjoy the typical atmosphere of Conil, with its whitewashed streets, lively squares, and the nearby golden sandy beach.
