Spacious and filled with natural light, this home is carefully decorated with unique details that make it truly special. The living room and one of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. GROUND FLOOR On this floor, you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room with large windows and a glass door that provides direct access to the pool. From the sofa, you can watch the little ones play in the water. The living area includes a flat-screen TV (with Spanish and international satellite channels), comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a dining table. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also available. Connected to the living room is the open-plan American-style kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils. This floor also has: A bedroom with two single beds (one 90 cm and the other 105 cm). A spacious and modern bathroom with a shower. FIRST FLOOR On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a 150 cm double bed. This bedroom has access to a spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, it features an extra TV. There is also another bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and an additional 90 cm single bed. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and is equipped with heating (hot/cold). Both bedrooms on the first floor have glass doors leading directly to a large terrace, offering breathtaking views over the fields of Conil (you can even see Cádiz in the distance). This terrace connects both bedrooms and can also be accessed via stairs from the main entrance of the house. OUTDOOR AREA The exterior of Casa Armonía has a special charm, featuring a beautiful 7.80 x 3.80m pool with a depth of 1.45m, surrounded by lush plants. Next to the pool, you’ll find sun loungers and a lovely chill-out area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Please note that the pool does not have a fence. The garden includes natural grass and a variety of plants. Behind the pool, there is a covered barbecue area, and next to it, on the covered porch, there is a large table with benches, providing ample space for the whole family. Additional outdoor amenities include: A shower with hot and cold water. A toilet with a washbasin. A washer and dryer. The property is fully fenced and offers enough space to park up to four cars securely. The location is ideal for families, as it is a quiet area, and by car, you can reach Conil's town center and its beautiful sandy beaches in just a few minutes. Zuerst möchten wir uns für die freundlichen Eigentümer bedanken. Vielen Dank Maria für die schnelle Reaktion bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen (Spülmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert). Das Haus ist wunderschön und entspricht den Bildern. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es war alles da um sich auch selbst versorgen zu können. Man hat bei klarer Sicht einen Ausblick auf das Meer und Cadiz inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus liegt sehr ländlich und es bellen auch nachts immer wieder Hunde oder man hört die Hähne krähen. Eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer im 1.OG ist leider nicht vorhanden. Die Lounge im Poolbereich ist super, neue Liegen wären perfekt. Fazit: sehr gute Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub mit allem was man braucht und netten Besitzern! Der nachträglich angebrachte Windschutz ist nur wenig hilfreich. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man vermisst nichts. Ein großes Lob an das Verwalterehepaar, die selbst am Feiertag unsere Probleme mit viel Engagement gelöst haben. ##### Ruth P. Mai 2023 Ein schönes Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt sehr ländlich, was uns sehr gefällt. Es war sehr sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Sehr gut fanden wir den Blick in die Ebene bis zum Meer und nach Cadiz, so dass man auch von der Terrasse aus die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge verfolgen konnte. Der Pool bietet an allen Tagen eine angenehme Abkühlung. Das Haus liegt in ländlicher Umgebung, so dass man ein Auto benötigt. An der Hauptstraße liegt ein kleiner, gut sortierter Supermarkt für das Nötigste. Ein größerer Supermarkt in 10 Minuten Autoentfernung, alle weiteren Möglichkeiten sind in Conil vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten dank der überdachten Terrasse auch im Oktober noch alle Abende draußen sitzen:). Die Übergabe mit den Vermietern verlief knapp und reibungslos. Für einen uneingeschränkt perfekten Aufenthalt hätten wir uns noch Folgendes gewünscht: Seife bzw. Seifenspender in allen Bädern, Duschvorleger, etwas mehr Küchenausstattung (Kaffeebecher, mehr als eine Schüssel, normal große Töpfe, Besteck reicht bei 7 Pers. für eine Mahlzeit). Die Kaffeemaschine ist ein Espressozubereiter, was für uns perfekt war. Eine nette Geste wäre eine Flasche Wasser bei Ankunft gewesen, wie wir es von anderen Häusern kennen. ##### Susanne K. Pasamos nuestras vacaciones del 1 al 15 de agosto 2022; la casa es realmente perfecta bien equipada, próxima a playas, restaurantes etc. Los propietarios personas muy amables y atentos a cualquier demanda; es mas nos olvidamos algunas pertenencias personales y no dudaron en hacérnoslas llegar.
