Lovely and bright apartment for 6 people near the center of Conil, with a private terrace. This accommodation is located within a complex with private access and a small communal pool, perfect for a peaceful family vacation. There is also the option to include an underground parking space. Features: 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 cm), en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet; another with a double bed (135 cm); and a third with 2 single beds. Modern and bright open-plan kitchen with access to a private glazed terrace, ideal for both winter and summer. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Modern and bright living room with two comfortable sofas and a television with programs in Spanish and international channels. Wi-Fi access is also available. 2 bathrooms with showers (one of them en suite in the master bedroom). The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Conil. Within the complex, there is a small communal pool (9x3m). It is located on the first floor and is also accessible by elevator.
