I guess it’s just a sign of the times. When you call with a question an A.I. takes your call first. It’s programmed to keep you from taking time from a human until you insist on talking to a real person.
The mini refrigerator is stocked with drinks and such that take up all the refrigerator space. If you move anything from the refrigerator, you will be charged.
Disappointed that the Fairmont is using that system.
