What I like about this stay is, It has a home environment. Have local stores nearby which is another good thing. I dont have to spend too much money on food in London, as we can cook. It is also a quiet walkable distance from victoria coach station. The rooms were quiet neat and clean. The bed-sofa in living room is an additional advantage. The check-in process was smooth and the customer team behind it were sweet and supportive. Definitely a place to consider for my future visits to London provided with reasonable cost.

I had to ask to be moved rooms as the room I was initially allocated did not reflect the image of the one I had booked. It was incredibly small, claustrophobic, barely any natural light and next to what I'm sure was a service door. The room is not fit to be a hotel room. After being told there was nothing that can be done by the receptionist, thankfully the supervisor informed me that I could be moved to an "upgraded" room. This was better but still not the standard I was under the impression that I had booked. Breakfast was not enjoyable. I will not be staying here again.

"we found a full fingernail in the bed when we arrived, as well as one of the coffee mugs for us to use dirty. when we brought the fingernail and dirty mug downstairs to tell staff, we were only offered a complimentary fizzy drink. i had to ask to have sheets changed, and they still were not changed ..."
