Thank you for your opinion and comments. We're glad to know that the location was useful to you since we are in the middle of the city and walking distance. As we told you during the check-in we are at service 24/7 for anything you may need in the room since more light to iron and ironing board. The rooms doesn't have iron inside because of the spaces, but we can send you one any time of the day. All the rooms are different between each other so the decoration and lighting are different (and some rooms are decorated and illuminated in a more "romantic way") so we hope to welcoming you back in order for you to choose a room according to your tastes. About the COVID tests, the price is higher in the city than in the airport and in this case is with the cost of transportation of the person who provide the service, because of it and the comfort of not to arrive to the airport two hours before in order to take it the price is higher. But we only offer the option of the service. And sometimes we offer a welcoming drink which are, besides beer, white/sparkling/ red wine or mimosa and we offer the options during the check-in. Hopefully we have the opportunity of welcoming you again and change your perspective. Greetings from all the 1850 staff.

As you said, is out of our control the bars and noise that we have in front of us, all our rooms facing to the garden have double glassed windows and the earplugs in the room but sometimes the "theater way" of the noise is too much and also depends of the sensibility of the guests during their sleep.
