Conveniently located hotel in Ravenna
Stayed one night following a cruise, en route to Venice. Quite a basic hotel, but ok for one night only. Would benefit from some improvements to decor and facilities, as the shower door didn’t close properly and toilet roll holder broken.

The location is very close to most major tourist sites. The rooms are clean. The staff are extremely helpful and good. The only problem is that the bathrooms are extremely small, and it was very difficult to use the shower. The shower head was not adjustable, and set at a lower position, making it difficult to take a shower. Moving around in the shower stall was difficult. Also, the AC did not work well and did not cool the room enough. Other space limitations were manageable.

Very convenient location for seeing the mosaics and Dante sites, easy walk from the station, market and other restaurants were close by. Our room was a little small, but okay for two nights, in comparison the bathroom was large. The breakfast was good with proper coffee. Helpful staff.

He has been invaluable in helping us locate our lost luggage by calling the airport and actually talking with someone... something we have not been able to do. The Hotel Centrale Byron was a pleasant place to stay. Our check in was a breeze and the bathroom was a great size. I don't expect huge bathrooms in historic city centres, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is right near one of the best piazza's in the town and is very well placed. The air conditioner in our room was the only thing that was not always consistent. Would recommend.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the most popular piazza. Area is full of shops and restaurants. A nice gelato shop across the street. A 10 min walk from the train station (if you take the right path). The only down side is the shower area is VERY small. It could have been fine with a slight design change
